- London Heathrow may just be one of the best airports in the world for plane spotting. With its incredible international movements, it is one of the busiest airports in the world, and is definitely the busiest at the best of times. Receiving traffic from North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Asia, it is an airport you certainly need to add to your bucket list.
This video was filmed from a number of different locations around the airport that I have found. Heathrow is one of the hardest airports to find clear views of the runways. It's heavily built up and there's strict rules around the airfield prohibiting photography to occur too close to the fence line. Despite these challenges, i did manage to find some spots that meet my standards.
All video and audio material used in this video was recorded by me, HD Melbourne Aviation, to which I legally own all the rights and ownership of the audio and video content seen in this video.

Your videos are incredibly professional and informative. Thank you for sharing! On another note, I can only imagine how challenging it must be for those who live so close to the airport and have to endure the constant aircraft noise. It's a perspective that often goes unnoticed but is definitely worth considering.

The Finnair A350 at 58:56 is a -900, they don't have any -1000s. Flew it to Helsinki recently and was really impressed at the seats.

Los nuevos motores del A330-900 le han dado al avión un aspecto más agresivo (junto a los nuevos winglets o nueva forma final del ala) y si no fuera porque Airbus tiene también el magnífico A350-900 sería mi favorito.

Modern planes are a bit like modern cars - bland, boring and look so generic with no character. Since the 747 is largely gone from our skies and Concorde no longer flies, there are very few planes that are majestic anymore except the A380 will always catch me looking up at it. The rest are boring
