Rashid Williams, playing drums, it looks like easy chill. He so cool plays drums!!!!
I've just started listening to Williams. He's one of the very few gospel drummers who appeal to me, because his playing feels/sounds less "random". Lots of feel, groove and dynamics - and subtlety.
I'm not slamming gospel drummers. They're pushed the boundaries and are doing some amazing stuff - but it's just not a style I enjoy too often. I'd say the same about the blast beat wizards, too.

I guess it's true that drummers are athletes.....either that or he's bionic lol! Rashid is a beast on the drums no doubt! I hadn't heard him in a while - seems he's definitely improved! This clip was just phenomenal! A durable head with tone is what we're all after - hopefully this will be it?! I'll definitely be checking them out. They're not going to make me play like Rashid, unfortunately, but as long as they help me be the best I can be that's all that matters. Nice to see Evans on top of the game!

Absolutely! Anika has been playing our drumheads with Level 360 since she came to Evans. Regarding the cymbals, those are prototypes for the new Zildjian Special Dry line.

Yeah, yeah, heads, and cymbals, and drums, and sticks are all nice, but.... 0:18 ...WTF just happended here ?!?!?!? I just want a surgeon to cut my right foot and throw it to the trash can, and then implant me Rashid's right foot... or left, I don't mind. I don't care if colours don't match, or if it's sweaty and smelly and and he didn't cut his nails for a year.... I just want to do that...!!!!!!
