Zambian houses are more plush and modern with interior furnishings, designed interior and exterior, lush gardens than some of the other houses have seen elsewhere, so far. These are well design with modern and up to date decor.VERY LEXURIOUS decorations! I'm sold on zambians houses!!
YES, they have beautiful accomodations and it's affordable, not over prized. I'm hoping to visit soon. Can't wait!

As a Nigerian, i find some comments on this video quite offensive. $50/day with wifi, tv, all utilities, housekeeping, and gardening is expensive? Not because of the quality of the place ,but just because it is in Africa? This is f....cheap. In Lagos this would cost 3 to 4X more and Nigerians themselves pay to stay in such airbnb. For those saying it is not cheap, please travel more often and don't downgrade the continent just because of what your media tells you. It is expensive to live in Africa too.
I tell you. In Drcongo this would be faaaar more expensive especially in the area they are
I understand what you are saying and as a Nigerian living here In Lusaka, this is so beautiful and in Lag it will be far more expensive but if the locals here are telling you its expensive to them, its cox it is for them. IBEX area is were the American embassy is and houses are very expensive there, the locals don't spend like we Nigerians do actually let me rephrase that, No other African countries spend like we Nigerians do.

For a lot of Zambians, $50 could be a month's rental fee depending on the area one lives (high density area) or monthly food and groceries budget. So for someone to spend that much money per day is out of this world.
That's only like $50 a day with all utilities included for a 3 bedroom villa. I think that's very fair. This fits my budget for my purpose when I bring my family to visit my country Zambia. I don't understand why some people are saying this is expensive.
It's relatively expensive when put against local incomes and relative prices of similar accommodation

Here in SA I pay the equivalent of $1600 per month for a new build 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom double-story home in a secure wildlife estate. Great as the property shown here may be, there is a mismatch between price and value.

@@ceojeffkays just did a quick search on the ibex area. seems there are embassies around. in that case then the pricing makes sense, the compound was built to be let out long-term for low-to-mid level embassy employees and their.
we have folks here too that are fleecing foreign governments like that so i get it now.

These units as we call them here are really beautiful & I like the fact that they have showers. The price is reasonable or good too.
It's the comments from people thinking that fully furnished apartments in Ibex Hill shouldn't be $1600.. 😅 Visit Lusaka, have a feel of how the economy works, somethings will be "cheap" and others "expensive"...
$1600 that's not bad when you include housekeeping, WiFi, internet, TV, water, electricity e.t.c
