Lovely. I am so interested in visiting Southern Africa. Thinking Botswana and Zambia may be a good start. Even though I’ve long been interested in Africa, I’ve focused my studies on DR Congo, Angola, SA, Senegal, and Zimbabwe. I know very little of Zambia - I’ll have to study more now

We eat nshima twice everyday not once being lunch and supper

@samuel, totally agree with you, majority have it twice a day ! but the video also ATLEAST once in a day, meaning some have it 3 times(even breakfast), others 2 times but almost every one will have it a MINIMUM of 1 time in a day.
Its usual for those in urban areas and cities to have it once at lunch and have a lighter meal for super.

Zambia is a beautiful and friendly country, i have visited four times and im going back in rwo weeks, some of the lodges are not only cheaper than hotels but much more comfortable.
