Sir, end mein mesurment tell per family minimum 4 person. Etna hum nahi bana sakte. Kanki rice 4 kg. Sela rice 1.5 kg Udard dal 2 kg Chana daal 200 gm Methi dane 100 gm All mix it and keep in water 6 hrs minimum or overnight than wash properly. And remove all water and grind.
Sir don't mistake us sir..no channa dal for dosa batter and v soak atleast for 4 r 5 hours.. v add Sabudana soak separately while grinding 1st sabudana and urad dal aft taken v grind soaked then mix..so if v do lik this don't idly and crispy dosa v can cook gor both this batter v can make.. ur good chef sir 😊 nice tq Try as I said sir
