Mission Trails, South Fortuna Peak

A run up South Fortuna Peak in Mission Trails Regional Park via the south trail.
I do a lot of running in Mission Trails as it is close to the project and where I am staying. It is a wonderful area for hiking, running and biking. I read recently that the park will be expanding into Oak Canyon. Already there is something like 65 miles of trails so this expansion will open up even more great places to explore.
Sycamore Canyon is another regular running spot as it is right beside the project. Like Mission Trails, it has amazing trails for all activities. I have post some Relive videos in the blog at www.aroadtowellness.ca of Sycamore Canyon that are not in my RUclips.
