Hike

Hiking South Hills Wilderness, The San Gabriel Valley, Glendora, CA.
Although it seems like the South Hills are carved out of the city, actually, the opposite is true. Meanwhile, the area sits like an island in the middle of the urban sprawl. The best part is that it is freely accessible with a trail system. I customized my own route without hiking every trail. Therefore, as you go on your own, expect to choose your own route based upon your interests or curiosity. It's OK to forge your own path in the wilderness!
