Kash player misplayed hard that first game they lost by attaching all their banished Kash monsters. Could have come back had they not done so and left a target for riseheart to banish a theosis in deck to retrieve the monster, despite getting smacked by eradicator.

Your ability to always open Rejuvenation on Rulers is insane. An interesting match to see. Imo even in the games that Rulers won Kashtira still felt generally ahead.

Eradicator is so nuts, really hard to powercreep that card
Duuude, the fact that dragon rulers played through that board shows they can still be viable, but for every maxx C there was an ash blossom, great game
Very funny that the rank 7 pool is almost the exact same in both decks
Goes to show how crazy Rulers were in 2014 that they can go to game 5 against one of the best decks 10 years later. Super Rejuvenation is still crazy when it resolves.

Wow, GREAT showing by Dragon Rulers in a matchup they really should not have had a prayer in. Taking two games off Kashtira is pretty solid. Showcases why Kashtira was a pretty weird Meta deck. It's ceiling is astoundingly high and the individual cards are incredibly strong. BUT it is far more vulnerable to upsets than Tearlament is, because Tear can play under and through literally everything except exactly Abyss Dweller and Shifter, neither of which DRuler would be able to use.
Kash is decent at playing through boards with just engine though, if they can see their spells
But if they can't access them then they don't do anything, and well the rulers have eradicator
@@andrejv.2834 yeah, Kash is ok at playing through stuff, but they're far more fragile than Tear. I can't imagine even pre-ishizu Tear dropping a game to DRuler.
@@donaldlivingston75 I mean stuff like vw, swoso, spright, adamancipator or dino also probably wouldn't, and I'd say kash is stronger than most of these decks
It's just that tear and most cbc decks from the bottom half don't lose to eradicator, matchups are the most important thing in yugioh, bystial runick is a pretty good example of that
@@andrejv.2834 Kash has an incredibly high ceiling but it is also vulnerable in a way a lot of top decks from 2020 onward aren’t.

I'm actualyimpressed that rulers actually takes 2 duels. So that shows, that Ruler can still have the potential to reincorporate in the meta in a future (not now, in my opinion) so is an archetype that is still so powerful. But well, the problema is that they need to start or gg.

I think D-rulers would be fine at full power nowadays, maybe not all the busted spells like sarco and rejuv, but the dragons seem fine, hopefully we get the rest free from the limited and ban list

And Kash is probably one of the most broken full powered decks with access to Mind Hacker and Ariseheart so Eradicator is fair

If you know your opponent is on droll then yes
However in other cases you could do the opposite to potentially bait ash or more importantly make sure you don't draw the card you previously searched

bc shifter was mostly the only card carrying it and chosing to side deck shifter in this cbc only made the odds of kash dropping more games bigger than it would of been

@@MistBestWaifu Rulers its an 11 year old deck that insta loses to Arise-Heart and the entire Kashtira mechanic/gimmick and they still made it to game 5, I get what you are saying but you are clearly wrong
I've been saying this..the rulers are still a threat..unbanning all of them I do not think is healthy for the game since imo they are still busted and if you make a modern Dragon Ruler deck with hand traps, it'll be better than Kash ever was and we all know how cracked full power Kash was..
What are baffling about dude? DRulers are Tier 3 at best nowadays and that full power. I like DRulers too but lets be honest with yourself here, they aint a treat anymore. Like EEV carried the deck hard against full power Kash.
@@dragonmasterchief2492 D-Rulers had EEV, Kash had Arise-heart. If you ask me drawing into EEV is harder than going into Arise-Heart. This video proves that if D-Rulers were all free and they had modern cards, the deck would be tier 1 easy. If a 10 year old deck was able to beat the best deck a few times, just imagine them now-a-days. It's cap if you think otherwise.
Naw you give rulers at 3 with babies and a 2024 extra deck with the 2024 staples they're 100% doing something they're still free bodies that search free bodies with a graveyard second hand that aren't light and dark so bystials don't even matter.@@dragonmasterchief2492
