I cannot believe it! I love my LSG Insulated Vertical Cabinet. I love my LSG Pellet smoker grill. This is definitely going on the wish list. LSG is the only purchase i ever got in trouble for only latter to be thanked that it was worth it.
Depending on the price, this might be a Chudbox killer. Larger grilling surface, adjustable grate height, thicker steel, pizza option. Well thought out design. Time will tell. Cheers!
Looks like a great product- love the dedication to Carolina blue polo with jeans combo in every video. That being said well done- looks unbelievable- great innovation!
Ordered, keep up the great work Chris and LSG crew. On a side note I didn't see the option for the 10x30 top grate. I left you a note on the order. Also the water pan option I would be interested in, but that is not on the option list either.
It was about 6 Weeks, but I would call lone star they may be more backed up now? I have the Lone Star Pellet as well. This thing is a monster! It's worth the wait. Love watching Chuds videos. No offense to Chud but the level of detail in this El Patron would be near impossible to be done in a home garage @@P3ak930
Awesome looking cooker, it is on my short list especially with the pizza option. Question, how would you load/unload two 25# turkeys (or 4 chickens) on/off the spit rod, all from inside the cooker?
This looks awesome. I’ve been on a Big Green Egg for a while and live in Santa Maria area so a SM Grill was a must for me as well. But I have limited space in the backyard and was looking for a way to condense and this might do the trick. I do also like to bake bread though and wanted to build a wood fired oven-but again, not enough room. So is the pizza door big enough to get bread in and out?
Really love the design and this is tempting, but I'm wondering why the top chamber was not designed to be more square so that another full sized set of grates could be added (instead of just the more narrow second tier. This would have allowed for extra capacity when used as a smoker, and it could also allow for something like a pizza steel to be set on the grates to emulate the radiant heat of a dome in a dedicated pizza oven and could maybe get you closer to a Neapolitan result. I am a big fan of Lone Star Grills and already own a Mini Insulated Cabinet Smoker. I know you put a lot of well balanced thought into designing your products. So I assume there was a good reason for not designing it this way, and I am truly curious what the unfitting compromise was that kept this from making it into the design.
Looking forward to seeing how well and how hot this will get for pizza. Pizza us such a extremely hot temperature. Can this cooker get up to 800 to 900°f ? I'm sure it does everything else wonderfully. Let's see a pizza video. 🍕
This thing looks so good... I just wish it had a rotisserie that worked. can you get a rotisserie bar without the black handle on the right side? if not then you have to thread the bar through the right side then while over the fire try to get your meat on it and centered then put it through the left side and into the motor. Other option is to set it all up in a cold grill then start your fire and have your meat sit over dirty smoke for 30 min before it cleans up. With no black handle just a bare bar you could set your meat then go from the inside of the grill through the right then center it and through left into the motor. Or am I over thinking this and it will all work out fine the way it is??
i was currently debating between the adjustable grill or a stick burner smoker next, and now i have to consider this.... hmmm. so far im loving my santa maria :)
Could the upper rack be larger? Maybe not a “full rack”, but add another separate ledge that would hold two separate right to left grates. “Thinner” racks as you have for the main grates to assist with loading and removing. 5-6” deeper and you could run an extra two or three butts up top. Just a design thought. Freaking love this thing!
Wonder how it would perform in smoking setting versus a Kamado. I’m guessing. This would allow you to have open fire wood? Which is very close of having an offset function keeping in mind smaller splits and what not and probably babysit more than an offset but, is it possible?
I can not wait to see the different ways this can be cooked on. It seems to check all the boxes but does it do all of them so so or does it do them all really well? I could get rid of 3 of my grills and replace with this one.
I don’t think that’s the idea of the chud box. Pizza etc. this is super innovative and an amazing cooker. This is an “inspiration” of it. Just different than a mini pig cooker. Both are awesome.
Nice, I feel like those guys that bought a new car then a new model design comes out a year later. Can I swap my LSG Charcoal Grill and Smoker and upgrade to this.
For choices of fuel (charcoal/wood) I want to replace my traditional offset stick burner and if I didn't see it here in the video does the El Patron allow true stick burning capability that will yield the same results? Thanks.
This is the unit I've been building in my head for 5 years now!
same here
Me too
You guys are out of control - love it! This is amazing!
I cannot believe it! I love my LSG Insulated Vertical Cabinet. I love my LSG Pellet smoker grill. This is definitely going on the wish list. LSG is the only purchase i ever got in trouble for only latter to be thanked that it was worth it.
Well I did want a chud box for my next purchase, but forget that. This thing checks all the boxes. Genius product
Got all the bases covered on this pit! Wow!
Wow. Looks like I can finally get something to properly cook with on our deck. ❤
Depending on the price, this might be a Chudbox killer. Larger grilling surface, adjustable grate height, thicker steel, pizza option. Well thought out design. Time will tell. Cheers!
That's what I was thinking as well
It's 2k without the pizza stone or rotisserie on their website. I think the new mini chudbox is the same price but not as impressive as this
I can’t believe how many variables they thought of. Wow.
This smoker can do it all!!! I’m really digging this smoker.😊
I thought the exact thing
Santa's workshop never disappoints.
That’s awesome, so functional and It will do it all! You guys never disappoint. Would like to have a LSG one day.
That thing is a beast. Well done!
Thank you
Looks like a great product- love the dedication to Carolina blue polo with jeans combo in every video. That being said well done- looks unbelievable- great innovation!
Thank you for your constant innovation!
Off the charts with that combo grill!
Incredible grill! I’m imagining what it would look like if the two doors were made out of stainless steel…it would be STUNNING!
This is amazing!! Such a versitile cooker!!
Looks awesome! Still loving my LSG Pellet Grill. Making some short ribs tomorrow.
Looks like an amazing cooker!
This to me is the absolute perfect grill/smoker!
This might be the best all around grill I've seen. I'll have to start saving.
Work of art!! Love it!
That thing is a UNIT! Very impressive Lonestar. Very impressive.
How many briskets can I fit on there?
AWSOME LOOKING COOKER
Oh HELL YEAH! this will take the place of 3 of my 6 grills!!!
Amazing!!!
Good lord, thought I was going to get the pellet grill until I seen this. Hell of a grill there.
Really nice unit!!
WOW! ok Im interested. Maybe the best grill I have ever seen and I have seen and used plenty.

What is the lead time on this. Did you receive yet? I’m debating on the chud and this one. Thanks!

Not even though the whole video and WOW....holy smokes....literally
Baffles could double as sear plate with coals on bottom brick (phenomenal Bloodsport reference). Raise and lower with crank to adjust baffle temps.

Lookin good Chris 🤘
Thanks
Swiss army knife. Kudos, great design.

First video will be seasoning then come the cook videos.
Looks pretty!!

Thanks for being innovative!!!!
Interesting. It would be fun to see a few videos with it being used in the different configurations. I bet this sells well.
Holy smokes, pun intended! Awesome!

Freaking love this thing!
good looking grill.. did you think about adding a ash pan to go above the bricks? was going to get the mini IVS may still get that and add this

That thing is nice and priced reasonably
Can someone explain to me how the Fireboard 2 fan would work with this unit? Where would it go?
How do you get the ash out? Does not look practical but the rest of it looks great.
I don’t think that’s the idea of the chud box. Pizza etc. this is super innovative and an amazing cooker. This is an “inspiration” of it. Just different than a mini pig cooker. Both are awesome.
Love the video will there be a video on the new larger pellet grill?
Thats coming soon.
that's a WINNER
Nice, I feel like those guys that bought a new car then a new model design comes out a year later. Can I swap my LSG Charcoal Grill and Smoker and upgrade to this.
These people keep getting my money, and I'm not even mad.
If you only had to have one, this would be it!
For choices of fuel (charcoal/wood) I want to replace my traditional offset stick burner and if I didn't see it here in the video does the El Patron allow true stick burning capability that will yield the same results? Thanks.
Pretty dang cool!

What is the distance from the fire bricks to the grate?
20''
Very cool 😎
looks amazing but man getting anything on that rotissere is going to be a pain. i am still going to buy 1.
Can you make a video of the pellet grill cabinet smoker
Very nice
What is the height from the firebrick bottom to the fire grate when the fire grate is raised up 100%?
Nice!!!!!!!
Wow I love if
Where do you put the pellets?
This thing looks very nice, even at $2K.
But can you please use something better than a flip phone camera in future videos? Thank You
