R2 Pro User here... Hey Allen, Mike here from Mike's Graphic Tee's. I currently have the R2 Pro and I love it! I started out with the Prestige A3 plus and boy-oh-boy do I have a story for you. My journey did not start off well with the Prestige A3 plus at all. In fact, it probably was the worst experience I had with any equipment/company ever. But after a year of frustration and the upgrade to the Prestige R2 Pro I'm in a great place now with my situation and business. I hope you do this again, I would love to come on your platform and share my experience. Trust me you won't regret it!
I have heard that certain rip softwares can produce different results colorwise....has anyone tried maybe using a different software for the R2 to create comparable colors to the procolor? and imo the benefit of the Prestige is local tech help
R2 Pro user here. My installation experience was very smooth. When I ordered the printer, I watched so many videos that when I got it, I did the installation and calibration very quickly. I've never had an issue so far, and I hope it stays like that. I have been using it for the last 3 months. All my clients always give me compliments on the quality of the products. The support is amazing via discord, they usually respond very quickly to any questions. Some other companies use enhancers on their inks to make them more vibrant, but I have read that also make your print head to get clogged. My only complaint with the R2 Pro will always be the price of the White Ink $100 is way too expensive for 1L ..
Thank you so much for that input. Glad to hear that your experience is going good. See, i know it’s a great machine I’m just on the other end at the moment. I don’t know what happened in my case. It’s just my turn I guess.
Well, I am in the market for dtf printer. I was looking at the A3 but now I think the R2 may be better. However, I know someone with the procolored L1800 and she loves it, and has had it 3 years. She said, it prints slow, and that she has had to talk to tech support at night, but no major issues. I think I’m still looking at Prestige but after watching this video, I’m not sure. Thanks for sharing.
Great content man. We are about ready to pull the trigger on a a couple of printers and your videos have been a great value. Can we get a link to Big Dave's Channel?
We are in the process of expanding. We have the Prestige R2 and will purchase either a Prestige XL2 or The Ricoma REVEL DTF2402T. I have heard excellent things about the XL2, I see you have a Ricoma. What are your honest views of their customer service and equipment compared to prestige? Have you had any issues with the Ricoma?
i have never seen an youtuber trying to help everyone replying every comment ,making a very useful content for free except you bro @adubbproductions , I live in the UAE and I'm about to get my First Printer R2 Pro , and your the only one makes me understand everything with this business, appreciate you so mush keep going all the support , and please let me know if your willing to expand here in the GCC contraries specially here in Dubai i would like to help you.
My pleasure. Thank you for watching. Glad to hear from you all the way in the UAE. I have never been to any countries in the GCC. Where are you purchasing your R2 pro from?
@@adubbproductions From DTF station it self, its a little bit risky for me since the only way to get technical support its by discord and chatting but business its all about the risk and continuity. and by any chance If you want us to make a video together as a reaction of someone who used the Dtf printer for the first time like a lone wolf please let me know it will be my pleasure. Specially that the marker here in GCC its totally different.
I'm a littler concerned about the colors not being as bright as the procolor. I am about to get the R2pro with Miro and the whole setup like 11k. But I've bought transfers from different companies where some are really vibrant and some that are not as bright. Is that the case with the prestige?
I had a procolored and I can honestly say after using the prestige r2 pro, there is no comparison. The R2 pro blows my dx5 procolored printer out of the water.
YOU ARE ALSO THE REASON WHY I DECIDED TO BUY THE PRESTIGE R2 PRO. BUT I MUST SAY. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON ENTIRE SYSTEM WITH SHAKER COMBO AND EVERYTHING. HOSONSOFT AND DIGIRIP ARE ITS BIGGEST DOWNFALL. ID SAY BORDERLINE UNACCEPTABLY LOW QUALITY SOFTWARE.
I am hoping that is what will end up happening but till then i am determined to work with them and figure it out. Look at all these people having no issues. I feel like im the only one having major problems.
@gapeach30316 download discord and check it out. I’m Still new to it so i do not know. I think you can use it from community and whatever else you want.
It doesn’t make sense to invest into a dtf printer when u can get dtf prints almost to cost price to the printer the competition is ridiculous do screen printing and embroidery that’s it’s DTF destroyed the the printing game no money investing
Interesting perspective. I can agree that dtf printing is super competitive. It is getting absolutely ridiculously out here to make a dtf printing business profitable.
Good question. I think they are trying to absolutely exhaust every option and the last resort is to switch it out. They are still and have been helping me try to get it running. We have made progress but i think while fixing some things we might have changed some settings that we shouldn’t have. Idk. I’m confident that we will figure it out though. I’m just kinda over it but determined at the same time and envious that others have their stuff printing fine.

I've had the prestige A3, the A3+R and now the prestige R2. I could tell you a lot of the good and bad of all of them.
I don't have one but I hope the best for you.Success

Are you still printing DTF's? I was going to order from you soon but wanted to make sure you are still up and running.
I have a procolored and my experience started out decent and it went to trash and I haven't had my machine a year. It stopped working after 6 months

Wait... What's a discord
It’s an app that anyone can set up a page on and build a community and interact with everyone. I just learned about it when I had to join it.
@@adubbproductions would you set it up for a website? Or to market on it?

Procolored use ProRip
Why don’t they just send you a new printer since you do so much promoting their product
