@@devotedbrand we figured it out. You can’t download the rip and other program with the printer on and plugged in

Please answer this question, with the purchase of the Prestige R2 shaker bundle...will I need to purchase a separate drying unit like the Phoenix Air 2? or once the print comes off the Miro 13...will it be ready for printing on the shirt or substrate?
If you are buying the R2 Pro and the Miro 13, then once the R2 Pro finishes printing it will be fed into the Miro 13. The Miro 13 will apply the adhesive powder, shake off the excess, bake the adhesive, and then finally roll it up in a take up reel.
The Miro 13 has its own built in purification system, so you would need nothing extra.
The best combo that I have bought!
