“So make yourself patient upon the Sunnah, stop where the people stopped, speak with what they spoke with, and refrain from what they refrained from. And follow the path of your Righteous Predecessors (Salafus Saaliheen) for verily, sufficient for you is that which was sufficient for them.” L

I noticed Ali Dawah didn't want to talk about the evidences of his Misguided stances he was more focussed on swaying the audience with his emotional rhetoric and cheap shots by using the term "cult"/"gang". No wonder he wanted the camera to record him so badly, he's not doing this for the deen he's doing it for the camera.

Imaam Ayyoob as-Sakhtiyaanee rahimahullah [d.131H], one of the great Scholars from the Tabi'een was called to wash someone who died, so he went out with the people, so when the face of the dead person was uncovered, he knew him. So he said: "See to your companion, for I will not wash him. I saw him walking with a person of bid'ah." [1]
Ibn Rajab (rahimahullāh) said: “Ibn Al-Madīnī was interrogated during the trial of the creation of the Qur’an, and he surrendered under duress. Then he drew close to [the Jahmī innovator] Ibn Abī Du’ād so as to attain some worldly gain through him. So he accompanied him and gave him respect. So due to this he fell into some difficult and serious matters. It reached the stage where he started speaking against well-known and distinguished scholars of Hadīth so as to please Ibn Abī Du’ād. So Imām Ahmad abandoned him due to that - and disgust at him grew until he became in the eyes of the people as if he was a heretical apostate. Imām Ahmad abandoned his narrations, as did Ibrāhīm Al-Harbī and others. Yahyā Ibn Ma’īn would say, ‘He is a man in fear, so there is nothing against him.’ If only it was limited to what Ibn Ma’īn has said of excusing him, but his true condition is as we have described.” (Sharh ‘Ilal at-Tirmidhī of Ibn Rajab, 1/216)
The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also warned against the People of Innovation, from befriending, supporting or taking from them:
“Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind.” Reported by Bukhaaree (12/41) and Muslim (9/140)
The consensus of the abandonment of the people of innovation has been reported from a group of the Salaf - and whoever denies or rejects this ijmaa’ is either ignorant or himself a person of innovation. Al-Fudayl bin ‘Iyaad (d. 187H) said:
“I met the best of people, all of them people of the Sunnah and they used to forbid from accompanying the people of innovation.” Reported by al-Laalikaa’ee (no.267)
THERE IS NO PLURAL IN EVIDENCE
Ali said "tell me what major mistakes I made in my dawah" he also said something like "you can go to my teacher and he will talk to you about every problem you have". They should sit together and sort it out. That's my opinion. I believe Ali and hijab have good intentions and never meant to misguide anyone.

Assalamualaikum I need to know just how can we determine if we are in the right path exactly? Can one be a Maliki, Hanbali, Hanafi or Shafi'i and still be in the right? Are we talking about in a theological perspective or a judicial perspective? This is a sincere question from the heart.
Wa alaikum as salam, there's nothing wrong with being a Maliki, Hanbali, Hanafi or Shafi'i. The way Salafis see it is through a Theological/Aqeedah Perspective.

Recently through research and learning I've come to know Islam as the truth. Before I was ignorant and strayed away from Islam, but Alhamdulillah, I know it as the truth and want to follow it the most correct way. Where can I start learning to do this? It's very difficult on RUclips to see who (amongst the popular Muslim shaykhs etc) is innovating and who is following the teachings of the prophet pbuh correctly. Thank you for any help

Just a quick question is 'Salafiyyah' a new religion and the 'Salafis' it's followers... it seems to be a new trend which is gaining following...as far as I'm aware 'Islam' is our religion and 'Muslims' are it's followers...
In my limited understanding and knowledge I thought the word 'Salafi' comes from the Arabic phrase, 'as-salaf as-saliheen', which refers to the first three generations of Muslims (starting with the Companions of the Prophet), otherwise known as the Pious Predecessors....I think we will NEVER be able to compare ourselves to the 'aa salaf as-saliheen'.
So I think we should try to follow Islam and be Muslims....and unite upon lā ʾilāha ʾillā llāh muḥammadun rasūlu llāh ...

Its so clear Ali Dawah lacks considerable knowledge and he should truly humble himself and stand corrected. Bro Shamsi has clearly provided the true context to what happened. Ali Dawah's explinantion is too emotional similar to the Christian's he give Dawah to.

I asked Hasan as Somali a question very similar to this and he said if you see that a person's fundamentals are that of the people of sunnah then you'd affirm that
But this goes without question that when it comes to people who call and teach (generally speaking) that you don't open your ears and say you heard sunnah and some principles we agree with so khalas he's upon khair. You should go back to the tullaab in that land (or mashaayikh if possible) to ask regarding this individual.

I went with ikwanie when i was young and diden't had any knowledge.
T'ill Allah has send a Dutch convert who helped to find Salafi madhab .
Alhamdoelilaah.
I tried to do dawah for the people who i went with.
Who were mutch older than me and went for years on goeroesch.
Their caracter changed and they became violant and they ignored me like i diden't exist.
All their so called love was fake . Those people don't have the deen in their hearts .
And that's why their hearts change so quick.
People who are sincere . They give the truth a change .
And SubhanAllah the truth is clear and beautifull to hear.

When I listened to Muhammad Hijab and Ali and other Dawah people I got really confused by islam. A lot of it sounded weird to me, it wasnt even what I learned about from my friends when I was little. When I started to listen to Shamshi I recognized Islam a lot more which I have heard about. I am a christian but I think muslims should listen to Shamsi if they want to learn about islam. The other people mix things up all the time.
Wallahi last year when I kept posting refutations against mufti menk on ali dawahs page he blocked me smh I am trying to guide the Muslims and ali NEEDS dawah blocked me allahu musta’an.

1: are you qualified to talk about sect, different school of thoughts etc
2: What is wrong if all people regarless of faith or sect come together and tackle knife-crime, drugs, islamaphobia, hate-preaching, racism, and violence
or do we all have to be specifically from your sect before we can work on a issue that is effecting ALLL of us?
