I never realized how many of the play features in the sets line up with real footage from the movies like the bridge in the goblin cave collapsing. Also, that complete Thorin's company if a nice little flex
What can I say, I cried, I laughed, I shivered, I stood up in my seat and clapped. Another masterpiece of a video. I don't LOVE the hobbit movies but the lego sets and minifigures are straight up some of the best they ever made for sure
I wish the story would have been based on the book. It has a much better story, and it reads like a night time story, unlike the movie trilogy which tried to be darker to emulate lotr. Still though, I feel your way of telling the story does resemble much better the tone of the book

Yea im 14 and your video and other video inspired me to make a city, and other sets, but yea i been playing with lego since i was like 5 and i been in love but i just play with them but i wanna build a small city or town and also make a stop motion video
Very nice video. Now just seen the old Hobbit movie from 1977 and remembering the book I am suprised they did´t make a set for the 3 trolls. Sure they are only in one scene but so is the Goblin King. And they made 3 sets for the movie exclusive stuff with Gandalf facing Saurons spirit. But still some nice sets and fun to see when you costum build.
Rivendell isn't "technically" just from LoTR. The dining scene with the Dwarfs in Unexpected Journey is exactly where the counsel of Elrond sits in Fellowship (you'll notice the tree and the tower on either side). The only thing that is not present in the former are the chairs and the central pedestal. Great (and expensive) video nevertheless!
I loved it as always, tho I missed otunot doing the little box opening and dumpinf of Lego The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey 79001 Mirkwood Spiders, also you nees to include the Micro-scale Baggend and the other 4 poly bags and 3 lego products that cane with the movies, I saw you did the one poly bag, but not the other, and also the Lego Games 3920 The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
