I am very happy with my Wellue 02 ring. I use it every night to complement my cpap machine, which does not track oxygen. In my opinion knowing that is very important. After all, “apnea events “ doesn’t tell you much. This ring gives detailed info about your oxygen levels which I feel is what you really need to know.
