I love this I bought it about two and a half months ago because I was so exhausted I bought the Garmin vivosmart 4 but it only tracks for hours but it showed me that my auction does go down at night as low as 71 so I bought this one to see if I dropped a certain amount of times the most times I dropped was 39 the average is 8 to 17 times a night and with this one I drop as low as 74 most nights I finally got my doctor to give me an appointment to see a sleep specialist next week she had me going to her office to make sure that are calibrated with their O2 machine which it did so I'm sure I do have sleep apnea I've been so tired lately and now I know why thank you for this information this is the best thing I've ever bought
I have this and it works really good! My Doctor was amazed by this and he often gets my reports too. I can send the reports directly to him so I dont have to go out and risk of getting covid. it helped me sleep with security!

Any thoughts how the Lookee compares to the Oura or the SLEEPON's GO2SLEEP? I wonder how O2 sleep trackers (Viatom O2 , Wellue O2Ring) can differentiate between deep sleep and rem! It can get pricey, but perhaps it's more accurate to get a device that's dedicated to what it is you want to measure.. I've been looking at Elite HRV's CorSense, any thoughts on that device?

They have 3 and 2 are with the ring a d I'm not sure but the difference has something to do with viewing data on a PC. Can you elaborate on this. Also one is more expensive than the other. Iv had between 6- 49drops in my sleep is this a worry? Iv drop between 88% to 84% is this bad for me should I go see my doctor about it?

Fitbit are releasing an update ment to be the end of this month so you can see the spo2 readings depending on your device also I myself only get a couple of hours sleep at night then I’m wide awake I purchased the Fitbit charge 3 and I’m only getting a few mins of deep sleep but I’m awake a lot of the time when I do fall asleep I get / suffer with excess druwling......what could that mean

Hello, I did have exactly tus same problem and after several emails and constant communication they were able to provide the sleep spo2 graph, this happened only last week. By the way I am located in Mexico and my fitbit is fitbit3, I had a fitbit2 but I updated because of the spo2 . Next step is to evaluate how good is it.

very nice video, it helped me with a few things, thanks but i am not having any luck saving pdfs?? it saves them in its selected folder but they are not pdf extensions and adobe acrobat wont even open them, it says its a 'file' any help would be appreciated!
The price on looke-Homepage seems lower. Do you think the pro with pcsynk is worth the extra money?
Can you talk a bit more about the motion tracking? Other apps will try and pin point your sleep stage based off of motion and maybe heart rate. Does this do that at all?
Unfortunately, the motion tracking doesn't indicate sleep stages. I imagine this is something that lookee can update with software however!
Are there any of these things that are sub-$100 that are any good?
Despite your Sleep Apnea diagnosis, the software is rating your oxygen levels as perfect to almost perfect?
It shows dips, not as exaggerated as others
I have sleep apnea (use a CPAP) and have been looking for a good pulse oximeter to track SpO2 at night. This device looks like it should work well. The ring appears to be sold out, but the ring-pro is in stock and has some nice looking computer program features for viewing tracking data. Do you have any experience with the pro model? Also, how would you rate the ring vs the wrist monitor? Lastly, how would you rate lokee products (ring/wrist) vs Beddr? Thanks!
I unfortunately do not have access to the pro model but I imagine it's going to be a lot better in terms of extra data. As for the accuracy between the two devices it really depends if you prefer a wrist or ring tracking or tracking on your head. Choose the option you find less intrusive
I noticed you've also reviewed the wrist device by the same company. Do you have a preference between the two?
I personally like the one of my finger founded more simple to put on every night

I can't tell but I don't think the ring has blood oxygen saturation tracking
@@JSyntax yea that's part of the reason I just bought the dreem band 2. It has oxygen saturation and reads brain waves so it tracks sleep stages more accurately than anything else on the market that I know of. 85-90% accuracy. It has a heart rate monitor as well. I'm looking forward to it coming in the mail.

Does the monitor keep tracking as one moves during the night or does it drop out? Does the software claim ownership of your data and unless you agree the app doesn’t work - like Polar?
The monitor does track all throughout the night I've never had a dropout. I am not sure if they claim ownership of your data you'll need to ask them directly sorry I can't help

Yeah sleeping on the side helps a lot but it's hard to maintain that position throughout the night

Viatom is from China and Lookee is the local brand in the US, Canada and Europe with local support and service. The products should be the same or similar. I will go with local brand as the prices are the same too.

They're not very comparable I think this one is a dedicated sleep tracker where is the Fitbit charge 3 is more of a fitness tracker but fb3 does not use your blood oxygen readings at all when it tries to track your sleep so I really like the lookee that it actually uses your entire as a night of blood oxygen oxygen saturation reading
