I think it will depend on where the rest of your team is. If your dps is already hitting these numbers or close to it then a grouping bangboo like Resonaboo might be a better option, allowing you to multiply your dps' damage instead.

And what substate should i look for other than impact? Should i priorities crit after impact? Or sustainability (like hp or def)? I think it's pretty obvious that I'm prefarming for her and i want everything to be ready when i get her (anyone, please answer if you know)

It's because of qingyi's stun multiplier, the scaling is not different from other bangboos.
