As "Star Trek Into Darkness" opens today, I wanted to unleash my inner-Trekkie for everyone to enjoy in the form of an ultimate tribute to all the films of Gene Roddenberry's epic sci-fi franchise. "Star Trek" remains iconic in so many ways from the technology, ideas, adventure, legendary characters and so much more. Enjoy this special tribute in honor of those incredible efforts.

As a long follower of Star Trek, knowing that half of the original crew passed away and adding the recent tragic loss of Yelchin, this tribute brought me to tears, very emotional, thank you for the memories!
I got choked up myself.
Late here, but it choked me up as well.
Glad I am not alone. Quite emotional.
So true,so true!!!!
"The human adventure is just beginning," indeed. That's what Trek is about.
Where no one has gone before!
Unfortunately that adventure is past tense for Trek.
i love when sulu and his ship are at maximum warp and the one of his officers says "she'll fly apart" and sulu responds "fly her apart then" awesome :)
Yes that is one of my favorite movie moments and shows the loyalty Kirk inspired.
You have a hearing problem Mr.
Thank you Gene Roddenberry for giving a vision of hope for humanity. RIP
Well said my friend. He has a vision for what mankind could be in the future.
How have I not already seen this?! This is incredible! Such a beautiful tribute! (wipes tears)
It never would have happened without Gene Roddenberry. Happy 95th Birthday, Gene! May your legacy continue to "live long and prosper."
yea um i regret to inform you Gene died in 1991
+Daniel Heywood I know, but this wouldn't have happened without Gene.
+Michael Kurland I know
Soar freely, Great Bird of the Galaxy. We miss you, Gene.
I think what a lot of people do not get about Star Trek is, it is pretty much writing our future if we chose to explore the stars. A lot of the technology in the series is being invented and even the theory of Warp Drive is a reality.
As a Star Trek fan of over 60 yrs... I love this so much. THANKS!!!
same here.. im over 50.. ;-)
I too at over 59 under 60
sallyanne201
Over 60
Years?
STAR TREK is 54 years old, your Math is at fault...
I am a Trekkie too. Since 1979 when I was 5 years old that year
Watched TOS when it first aired...been watching all of them since...thank you for the video
You actually made Star Trek 5 and Star Trek Nemesis look good!!!!
Star trek 5 wasn't really all that bad it was the only one closest to the original series it may get a bad reputation but go in with an open mind and think star tos you'll see what I mean it's actually a fun movie if you keep an open mind it reminds me a lot of way to eden and who mourns for Adonis keep that in mind next time you watch it
That was F*ING AWESOME!!!!
Epic and thats a true tribute there, like how you showed both classic original Star Trek and the newer versions. You actually make the older trek movies appealing to the ignorant younger fans, and the newer treks appealing to older slightly more cynical fans.
Whoever did this really knew their stuff. Impressed that they seemed to know which scenes from the lesser Trek movies would fit best here without detracting from the overall presentation, as well as not overly pandering to the latest iterations of Trek (Really liked the use of the final warp effect from ST: TNG juxtaposed with the end music from Undiscovered Country).
Excellent video👍 Glad you added one of my favorite line in the entire franchise with Captain Sulu's "Fly her apart then" en route to save his colleagues and friends👌 And ending with the refit Enterprise-A at the end is everything 🤗 Now I'll have to watch on DVD over the weekend😉
My favorite part is in STTMP when Kirk says- "They gave her back to me, Scotty!" You can just feel the excitement in his voice.
This tribute was amazing, made me remember when I first watched all the films... I'm currently watching them all again thanks to this tribute. Star Trek is just so incredible, just think that all this will be possible in a few decades. Thank you for the amazing tribute to all the films, gives me something to watch when I'm feeling low at least. One day.... We will adventure among the stars..... Boldly going where no one has gone before
I really did think The Undiscovered Country had the best soundtrack.
Indeed. A Trully amazing MASTERPIECE!
I agree and the overture at the beginning was hauntingly good.
The klingon theme is quite haunting. This is one of my favorites along with the soundtracks to the first 3 movies.
For me it's a dead heat between the James Horner scores for 2 & 3 and Jerry Goldsmith's score for First Contact.
Nope. That would be James Horner and "Wrath of Khan".
Excellent, It's so great to see a properly edited fan trailer. Nicely cut, beautifully produced. Well done for the careful audio editing. Top marks.
Incredibly enjoyable, thanks for making it.
Gorgeous tribute! You can feel the love and respect for all 12 movies, it was wonderful! :)
Actually 13 films.
Ah, my dear Enterprise, how many wonderful flights !! This is a beautiful and well deserved tribute! congratulations!!
I'm glad I was able to see all these in my lifetime. I am also glad that I was able to witness the beginning of Star Trek in 1966.
may we never forget this amazing series. TOS-present
I love this and how it was put together very well done!
I LIKE THIS VIDEO!! IT'S EXCITING
Yes, you are certainly right here !!!!
It's a wonderful remastered version.
Somebody is cutting onions nearby!!!! 55 years of memories!! Wow!!! Thank you!!!!!
The problem with Abram's movies is that the scenes start close up, zoom out and then cut all within seconds and you never know what you are looking at.
Very, VERY well done!
This was truly brilliant!!
OUTSTANDING!!! Very well done!!!
Wow. Great tribute. Thank you.
Congratulations, very good edition...
Sensacional
After Picard and Disxovery, this is heart-wrenching to watch
wow! just found this very good i like it a lot.
9 years late man. This was freakin awesome. I'm glad I got to see it. Thanx man.
Very well done!!! This embodies what ST really is. All this new stuff has all that missing and forgotten, I really hope they can go back to what ST really was. I just miss the way that Gene used to write his scripts, his stories, so well written!! God rest your soul Gene you are missed!
Amazing tribute, JoBlo-take a bow.

Mr. Spock is one of my earliest memories of watching TV 🖖😊 - and I have assimilated a great many further visions of the future - and even a galaxy far, far away - ever since.

Great job. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome tribute, the dislikes are people who just hate Star Trek completely....and for them. Close mindedness individuals who dare not dream, I pitty them...
So very well put.
Sad must be the lives of those who dislike this.
John Hynes ....i wish the JJ Abrams movies were a tv series...trek was meant for tv! There is wayyy too much to tell in stories and not really fond of Discovery
well done.....definitely all encompassing while respecting the viewers time all at the same time.
Bravo, that was excellent editing and very well made!!!
Terrific tribute!
Simply excellent!
Awesome.....just beautiful!!
Fascinating! Live long and prosper.
a worthy tribute to absent friends .....LIVE LONG AND PROSPER !.............................carry on !...........STAR FLEET COMMAND....end transmission...
I would have included the first time Picard lays eyes on Kirk and repeats "Kirk?" Also, Kirk's death.
100% agreed!
Wow..credit given. Fantastic and well made.
I am a voice from 2022, living in a world of a global pandemic released by a "wet market" in China that is literally meters away from a virus lab that was studying the same virus and giving it gain of function (Making it more virulent) Your editing was wonderful and shows how great the Star Trek universe is! I am so glad that you have not seen the other movies released since!
Standing up! Bravo! Applauding! I know your focus was the films...I would've added TOS. Fantastic job!!! Absolutely Fantastic!
Very nice mashup. I enjoyed it!
This was way better than I was expecting
FANTASTIC!
Excellent Tribute!!!
Badass compilation! Well done!
Great job putting this together👍
Good line to start with.
A great Film Tribute! A most excellent work! Live Long and Prosper!
Dude, this is incredible! It's kind of like the "Mischief Managed" Harry Potter Retrospective by Kees van Dijkhuizen jr., here on RUclips. Very impressive!
Excellent tribute to Star Trek.
This was excellent! Well done!
The greatest tribute, EVER!!! 'Nuff said.
Congratulations! I Loved!
This is a SUPER cool vid great job
Brilliant job!
Extraordinario! Gracias!
thumbs up, great editing!!
This is a wonderful video.
Just as the old sci-fi shows still aired- Flash Gordon, Buck Rodgers..comforting to know when Im gone, Star trek will still be shown. All that I am is represented in that show/movies. I live by the morals that were presented. Like having a legacy of who I am. 🖖
What an awesome tribute! well done!
This is great, thanks.
This was a bad ass video in every way, even with the clips from the new Trek.
the best tribute.
This is EXCELLENT!
ultimate tribute to star trek i agree
