CORRECTION: At 7:05 I talk about the tightening method for the frame adaptor being a small screw on the bottom side of the bar. It looks like there was supposed to be a larger wing nut in the box to replace that tiny screw with...which would have been MUCH easier. I only found this out after the fact. So, rest assured if you have the intended wing nut, tightening and loosening the bar should be MUCH easier.
