I'm going to throw this out there early, but when you get around to Overdose, there's a variety show appearance the group did in China called "The Strongest Group" where they clear up something that came about from this appearance on Weekly Idol. It has to do with something you noticed quickly: that certain members got "skipped" over or "didn't make the final edit"~ It is also addressed the next time EXO was on Weekly Idol, but I just really loved that The Strongest Group appearance, cause the members got to play some fun games^.^
I'd also love for you two to be able to go back one day and watch EXO-M and later EXO as a whole's episodes on the show Happy Camp in China~~~ It was some of my favorite variety stuff EXO got to do as a group; they got to play some games, it's where we got our first real look at their dorm, etc^.^

EXO was laughed at for their superpower concept in the beginning. Thankfully, they've learned to embrace and even make fun of their superpowers. There are some who thought the MCs were rude but honestly, this is how korean variety shows behaved and it was all in good fun. 😂
This is soooo much fun to watch again after so many years... This is exactly the moment i fell in love with Baekhyunee and been my bias ever since 😭😭😭
Honestly, because of Weekly Idol and EXO's poster with their name birthdate,etc (the one where they have old style hair style, ID like picture, I finally know who is who. It was hard to identify them in MV, mostly Luhan, Sehun and Kris 😅 I remember during that time (2013), I was thankful that my father finally purchase home internet so we can watch youtube in our TV. We watch this with our friends and neighbors (we used to movie and kpop marathon at our house). We choose who are our bias is and it was hard because everyone are talented, goodlooking and funny asf, but Chen locked me to him only 😂. I miss old EXO so much that every christmas season or every quarter of months I watch EXO SHOWTIME. 😢
Now i can't wait for you to see the idol men interview, it was so uncomfortable, it gave me second hand embarrassment and the edit by yep 4 andy makes it funnier 😂

I remember being so embarrassed with their early interviews 😂 things they used to do to promote the group 😢 and we don't talk about the Twilight VCR in this era 🥴 I still remember SHINee's reaction on it 🙃🤣
This is so funny, i remember when i first watched because the secondhand embarrassment I got from watching them use their powers was too much.
Even though these MCs were highly questioned a few years ago, this is how most variety shows were in Korea back then and although there were moments when they crossed the line and got hated, it is also true that they were loved by other groups and idols, some even forged a friendship with the MCs off camera. My point is that while the disrespect should not be overlooked, the good moments should not be ignored either❤i live this episode and i'm glad you liked too.

I am so happy you did this one. Weekly idol is really one of the reasons I got into so many groups because after one episode you'd just be able to at least tell them apart which at the beginning was a struggle for me. I remember even watching EXO's episode for that exact reason way back in 2016-7.

This is from Wolf era, right? Cause Sehun had his iconic rainbow hair at that time. For XOXO era I'd really like to recommend "After School Club", "[HD][Full][Eng Sub] 130706 Exo Happy Camp" and "130513 Exo Sukira [Full]" interviews ❤ since whole team was together at this time. As for some missing Mama era I'd also recommend "[Eng Sub] 120417 Show! Champion - Exo-K Interview" and "[Eng Sub] [Full]120507 Exo-K Kiss the Radio".
As for Exo-M I'd really like to recommend "Exo-M Yahoo interview" (note: there's 4 parts of it), "[Eng/HD] 120515 Exo-M Show Champion Cut", "[Eng/HD 120609 Exo-M Happy Camp] (note: there's 2 parts of it).

It was hard to enjoy this at the time for me as I felt so uncomfortable with their discomfort. They got more used to showing their powers, then it stopped, but I felt for them. Now it's just hysterical.

I'm not bragging but ,I knew suho since 2009 and loved EXO since pre debut , but I never watched this prg , I hated (not just dislike)this two MCs they are sooo disrespectful sometimes so offensive and even felt like harassing idols , EXO were so polite here
