Mirror cap swap on a R56 Mini Cooper 2009. Removed old and installing new caps.

Swapped the black mirror caps with black and white checkered caps. Not the peel and stick type, actually removing the OEM mirror caps and snapping in replacements.

Many of the caps styles are being discontinued and looking on line, the price has gone up. This makes me thing they will be discontinuing all eventually. Some of places that still sell them are Seattle Mini, Minimania, and ECS tuning. What is cool is ECS sells primed caps that allows you to paint or air brush your own unique design (which I might try in a future video). Good luck!

Many of these designer OEM mirror covers are discontinued. I found them ECS and Kiwi sports. Fold in and not fold in are different and have different part numbers
