Do you know what I love most about the way you teach? Because you’re teaching I hope you know that, it’s that theres no complications to your reasoning behind the way you do things, every reason you give is like an uh huh moment, everything is common sense & my father has always said “common sense is not so common”, so you guys are genius!!! Hope that’s ok with you thanks for making things less complicated ❤ Namaste 🙏
3rd generation hand made jeweler 38yrs ! Love your work m8 !
3rd generation? I’m jealous. You must have the coolest tools ⚒️
I hope I get a quarter as good as you before I die. Thank you both for the time effort it takes to share your ability and knowledge.
Thanks 🙏🏻 that feels like too much of a compliment but I’ll take it.

Thanks for the positive feedback, we’re glad you enjoyed the video.
We’re doing another 3 stone ring video this week but in 18ct yellow gold with an oval and pear shaped diamonds. 💎
Beautiful work as usual Jaco! Your teaching style is fantastic so don’t worry that English is your second language. You speak it better than most English people 😜. I also love your choices of music that accompany your videos.

Hiya,
Thank you both for sharing this master class. I'll never reach your level, but this channel will help me along my journey.
Stay safe, Steve.
Thanks Steve, we all started somewhere buddy. I still feel like a beginner myself when I see some of the work out there 😂
❤
Back at you Nikolas 😊
absolutely wonderful ring, i wouldve definitely cut out the square bezel of a thick sheet jus so you dont have two more solder points to worry about but the fact that it didnt collapse with all the various solder points you created means youre damn good with a flame.
I try and show as many approaches as possible. Thanks for the compliment 🙏🏻
Perfect🔥💎
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Gotta say thank you for the help, been stuck with a basket setting for a while where it was just not coming out right.
Just wanted to ask, are you orginally from the UK or just moved there?
I’m South African 🇿🇦 but I’ve been here for a while now
I struggle with my polishing/finishing, how can I improve?
The finer you go on the sanding, the easier the polish will be. Finish each part as if you were going to polish at that moment and be careful not to use too much solder. Let me know if that helps.
@@jacothejeweller I'll give it a go. Thank you so much..
What time you do this on Sundays
Mac, my week is so mad that I’m frankly surprised that we are actually able to tie down a Sunday. Hopefully we could get them out at a specific time but for now, it’s Sunday 😂
@@jacothejeweller sounds like ima have to come help out lol
@@TheArtisanTouch it’s a time management issue man. I have to be more organized with my time. But thanks for the offer 😁
Lol, the smells of working with stuff. I have this solder that I use for circuitry and whatever flux stuff they put into it stinks to high heaven. My whole workspace stinks of it now.
I need extraction pretty soon 🤢
