This video was a godsend! Experienced the same issue, only on the starboard side. Port side is good. Are 3 "clicks enough"? I thought my '04 was in good condition. Your's is showroom!
Three clicks should be plenty. Thankyou I spend a lot of time keeping it Clean. I'm a big fan of the "hot sauce" products as well as the maguires boat wax. As well as slather the leather with treatment before and after winter storage. ruclips.net/video/rIaB88YoMYg/видео.html
I'm experiencing the same issue on a 2007 ranger trailer for a recently acquired 178 VS. Curious, did the trailer ride any differently and did you repair the damaged fender fiberglass after the fact? Would you consider this a "permanent" fix? (FYI - this is my 1st bass boat, so I'm learning)
I didn't not notice any change in the ride. If anything a touch firmer. The damage to the fender was minimal. A bit of clear nail polish did the trick. I'm not sure of the permanency it took 16 years to sag that far. I'm going to keep an eye on it. Torsion bars on trucks have adjustments for ride height and The boats aren't that heavy. But I definitely would replace the Axle if went out of spec again
What did you torque the pinch bolt?
It's a large bolt so tight, but not soil my pants tight

@@nsigarage5212 Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate your video and knowledge sharing.
So you don't think this will fix the tires wearing on one side? Great video.
Rubbing or wearing? How are they wearing? Thank you!
Both tires are wareing on the inside. Trailer is squatting.
My right side tire is wearing on the inside of my ranger trailer. I do not believe there is a adjustment. Would I have to replace the spindle?
I'm not sure what kind of set up you have. If you send me some pictures at nosleepinc2020@gmail.com I might be able to help you more
Howdy, NSI Garage. outstanding video. thanks. :)
