You should let your Fairburn soak in iron out for a few hours (iron out mixed with water) and it will clean it up great! Scrub it with soap water and a toothbrush after the iron out. Great job I'm glad you found your first Fairburn! Congratulations!
I did just that, it looks even better now, thanks!
0:13 Super happy for your Farburn find watch your channel all the time! Greg and Debbie Kemp Kingston Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Thank you!
Planing on doing Railroad buttes and the Yellowstone in August this year.
Good luck! Both great places to look!
Great find! Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
congrats on the fairburn.!!!!!!!!
Thank you!
Your Fairburn is gonna polish up pretty! You are so lucky to have access to places like this!! Where I live in Indiana it is nothing but flat lands as far as the eye can see and corn fields. There is one river that runs through but it's damn disappointing when it comes to the hunting. You for sure are not finding agates OR jasper.. 😭 I would have to do some traveling south I believe. Then maybe get a geode, which I would be satisfied with..lol
We are very fortunate, thanks for watching!
Gose Creek in Morgan Monroe has a ton of chalcedony, gold, geodized fossils, and then creeks around Medora, east of Bedford, has a good variety of geodic forms. some with hydrolyzed pockets in the quartz, and there are shaker geodes. Sycamore Creek, between Brooklyn and Martinsville off of highway 67 has gold and gems. Up near Indiana Beach and Monticello, I used to hunt out by Liberty Landfill just outside of Buffalo, amazing specimens of pyrite, jaspers agates, hematite, calligraphy stone, septarian lightning stone, and rocks bigger than automobiles they've excavated. I hunt White Lick Creek in Hendricks county, gravel bars and cobble spills from banks at certain stream junctures, also finding corals and several brachiopodae. Cheers!
Good eye and congrats on your first find! Avid fairburn hunter/RUclipsr here and I know that feeling you get when you walk up on one! It took me many trips to find my first, and it was also at RRB years and years ago. I was yelling at my screen telling you to lick it! 🤣 Also, the candy ones taste like candy! 🙃 Best luck out there! 🕵🏻♂️
Thank you! I was pumped, I actually just found my 2nd 3rd and 4th today out at Indian creek, I think they are probably more like nice signers but I’m not complaining one bit! I’ll check out your channel, thanks for watching!
Congratulations on your fairburn
Thank you!
@@JensensAdventures your welcome
Good job. I hunt them a bunch, they don’t come easy!!
@@eyeguyeyeguy1 they sure don’t, takes alot of time and footwork!
@@JensensAdventuresI think of them like finding a $100 bill in a park. Not very likely, but you have to keep looking.
@@eyeguyeyeguy1 ha, well said.
As always, your videos are so fun and entertaining. I'm happy for you finding the Fairburn!!
Thank you, glad you enjoy them!
Marvelous finds
Awesome Fairburn, you had a pretty good hunt this time. I loved all the rock you found and the bubble gum are cool looking.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
I have no clue where you are, but your reaction to finding that fairburn agate was priceless.
Haha I was pretty happy, still am! We were at Railroad buttes southeast of Rapid City South Dakota, thanks for watching!
6:41 have you ever cut those kind open to see what they have on the inside? 7:17 is a pretty little one too. 8:39 ..very sus. 😳
@1.30 in....was that the world's largest morel mushroom yet discovered and documented....ever???? congrats!😀😁😂😉🤗
Haha, it’s gonna need to get tenderized before we take a bite.
@@JensensAdventures man, that thing might have been worth the trouble hauling outa there....what was it really?
Honestly I have no idea, very odd formation, seen a couple of them in the area but they were all huge, would need equipment to get them out, but they are neat!
