Sorry to hear this happened because MLS found more money somewhere else instead of promotion. Everywhere else in the world, teams are promoted and demoted
Sorry to hear about this. San Dieago loyal is a good program. sad that buisness end had to push out a great fan base. dont give up loyal. keep you heads up high. hope you guys can comeback again.
@@voiceofraisin241 I have been living here for fifty years and for fifty years I have heard gushing reports how major league soccer is going to take over San Diego. Don’t think so. One major league franchise is all this border town can support. No NFL or NBA.
@@1911EarthlingI’m a born SD native. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. San Diego is not a “dedicated” sports town. Too many transplants and too many other things to do.
@@myothercarisadelorean8957 I agree for twenty five years after I moved here I participated in a sport that took me all over San Diego county every weekend to participate. San Diego is absolutely great for this kind of stuff. I have met people from all over the world transplanted here specifically to due a activity. All kinds of activities. Great welcoming town for that kind of thing. Lots of military crossover also. Large amount of folks drawn to San Diego thru the military and stay here for second career and recreation.
Terrible team name and team colours. Sad really as being from Manchester UK and having visited San Diego a fair few times. I was hoping this would take off. I did catch Albion in a play off match with Orange County. Poor standard though .

Just become fans of the new mls team in 2025,
Could the MLS franchise possibly buy out the rights to the name? I love the name and colors of the team
London Donavan, one of the founders went to San Diego fc
Why can't they keep playing where they have been playing ?😮
They are cowards
Probably cut afford it
Would it had made any difference if they had moved to the New Snapdragon stadium?
When the own owner can’t be loyal to the fan base
At least San Diego is getting a MLS Franchise no need too be sad
Who?
I agree. I though it was going to be a loyal baseball fan giving up on the padres.
