Thank you for the tutorial, very helpful and informative. I do have something different happening at around the 12:45 (Unwrapping with seams) mark where my UV map projects, however, where yours lines up perfectly to the UV map image grid (h3,h4 & down to a3, a4, and across from f1 to f6 & e1 to e6, mine scales the unwrapped box/cube across the entire UV Map Image, filling in from H1 to halfway through H3, and all the way down to a1/(half of a3) and then across from c1 to c8 and a1 to a8. (This is incredibly difficult to try and explain without a visual reference, so I hope you understand what I'm looking at and am trying to explain.. 😬
On the UV Map image (on the left) I've got 3 vertical blocks then next to the 2nd box down, I have another, and the last one at the bottom has two boxes next to it... Basically looks like steps from the bottom right to the top left)
Is there something that I am missing, or a setting that might be different? I'm unsure how yours lines up so perfectly across the cube, and mine scales the unwrapped UV across the entire UV image.. 🤷
