Spinning Merkaba meditation in the Santa Cruz mountains

The Star Tetrahedron, also known as the Mer-Ka-Ba. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by rotating fields of light, spirals of energy which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.

It s a nice Startetraeder but Not so good for visualisation the Merkaba because it turns in one way and the Merkaba turns in two ways left and right together thats look very different and you can t see the other things turning.
