The purpose of this meditation is to fully activate your Merkabah. I have mentioned the Merkabah in several meditations. The Merkabah is your light body and this begins the process of activating and spinning it properly so that you light body is fully functional. This is a much shorter version than another I had on the channel that you can use daily to fully activate your Merkabah. Once activated you can use it to travel into different realities and change your reality.
This whole meditation is dedicated to completely activating your aura, moving into your heart and awakening your Merkabah. This is truly a game changer and may be the most important meditation that you do.
If you have been on Earth and did not recently come from somewhere else, your Mer-Ka-Ba has been dormant for 13,000 years. So it has been a very long time since your body has sensed this experience. This breathing practice will reestablish the living Mer-Ka-Ba around your body. The practice functions much like a spinning wheel that has to be spun every so often to keep it spinning. In a Mer-Ka-Ba, however, eventually the repeated spinning begins to take on a life of its own, and at one point in the practice, the spinning will continue indefinitely. But it takes time.
The human being is surrounded by numerous geometric fields of energy that are electromagnetic in nature within this dimension. The Mer-Ka-Ba extends into all possible dimensions, and in each dimension uses the laws of that dimension to manifest. Hundreds of other possibilities exist around the body. the star-tetrahedral field that is the first geometric field off the surface of the body, sometimes referred to as the “opening” to the Mer-Ka-Ba.
In Egyptian, the word “Mer-Ka-Ba” is actually three words: Mer is a special kind of light, a counterrotating field of light; Ka means spirit, at least here on Earth it has the connotation of the human spirit; and Ba means “the interpretation of the Reality,” which here on Earth usually means the human body.
When you add these words together, my understanding of Mer-Ka-Ba is “a counterrotating field of light that will interact and translate the spirit and the body from one world into another,” though it is really much, much more. It is the creation pattern itself through which all that exists has originated. You know this. It’s nothing really new to you. You just forgot for a moment in time.
You have used the Mer-Ka-Ba a zillion times as your lives have unfolded throughout the creation of space/time/dimension. And you will remember again just as you need it.
This meditation will activate it correctly and change your life.

Man the mind is really powerful. I’ve been into pranayama for a few years now and yoga and chanting meditation occasionally as well. I would always be trying to sustain my prana using my breath. But ever since this video and me hearing it is self sustained i was reminded of how God/the universe is more than capable of sustaining me. Thank you.

I actually envisioned a golden merkaba with myself inside it. When you discussed the tetrahedra spinning 9/10th the speed of light, I could literally visualize very clearly streaks of light traveling exponentially faster and faster and faster still all around me. I just heard yesterday another RUclipsr talk about this meditation and I was wondering how to do it. I definitely need to do this one ☝️
I've done the long activation a couple of x and have started doing this shorter one daily since I "stumbled" onto all of this abt 10 days ago. The immed difference is that I feel infinitely less trapped by circumstances I believed were imposed on me by others. This offers the vehicle to change it up, at-will. Do it. See for yourself.
I have activated this in 2010 and immediatelly I started to manifest amazing heart desires, l8ke synchronicities, instantaneouslyy, lovinglly, stunning! As I gound this 3 days ago, is more simple and sooo powerfull. I knew it is a new way to activate it, as the energetix of the earth was changed since 2010. And, yeeees, is bliss. Aaaah, yeeees, true powers
Short and powerful.. although it wasn't long I felt as if I was in a place of complete timelessness. I loved the Mudra instructions. It feels like the breath and the heat in combination with these seemed to assist in forming the sphere of energy. I could feel the Merkabas spinning around me so it was an activated, energetic stillness.
Hopefully that makes sense.
This is going to be one of my meditations I use to recharge. 💯

A great meditation, I'm going to add to my daily ones. I've been doing a daily hara line meditation, and I think it's also good to add a merkaba one after getting the prana flowing from top to bottom during the hara line, since that's what the merkaba uses. I might give the longer version a go at some point stand alone to really focus on the merkaba.
It's insane how much better I feel after just 1 hour a day of doing these two meditations.. I just feel so relaxed compared to how stressed I normally feel, because I'm constantly in my head all day everyday and worrying about the future. After these meditations, I just feel so connected to only myself which is just so nice.

This is wonderful and wonderfully put together with the music - a thing that’s always done so well at the Reality Revolution. I had done the very much longer earlier Merkabah meditation which was fascinatingly informative yet very intense. It was too much for my weak meditative abilities. Glad of this shorter one but no less intense.

Wow, I must have had some energy to clear because I had a sneezing fit right when you said to go to the where tail bone is where we originally formed. I thoroughly enjoyed this though and found it easier than the other one as I tend to always fall asleep when I listen to your meditations.
