i went into a psychosis like event (never happened before) where light was falling like spider webs, and i could pull and push, form and play with the light, then i went into full vivid hallucinations where i wasn't even a person, but I was a ball of light, where if i focused my energy i could condense my light, pulling into the center and grow denser and brighter, then after this i could move around, but if i lost focus or distracted my light would expand and disperse like a cloud. everything around me was black like a void, other than other light beings moving around(watching them i learned i could move once focused), then after moving around as energy i saw these pyramids within pyramids, one up and one down within each other and they were crystalline in appearance- i later after this event learned of the merkaba and was shocked after learning about it because it made my event all the more real, which at the time seemed as real as any other time in my life, not just visual hallucinations but I felt as if I was literally in the spirit realm.. i spoke to psych doctors and they all just said i experienced psychosis without any explanation but that wasn't good enough for me. now i see it as a spiritual awakening, experiencing God or a sign that something in me is awakening. i was Baker acted for this because after the whole becoming a ball of light and the merkaba, etc- i went through an experience towards the end of this event where i physically went through death, where time sat still and became reborn. it was the strangest experience and the only answers I've gotten are from researching about merkaba and our aura and energy systems.

I don't think it's psychosis. Please don't take my word as medical advice, but I believe it's 💯 real. I'm as stoic as a door knob and this happened to me, too.
Repent and be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, the gospels, and the entire Word of God. All these things you experienced, all the things these people are teaching, are all demonic deception from evil spirits to deceive and lead you astray. The only way you will realize the truth about all these things, and how God really feels about them is to read and study the Bible. Psychics, mediums, astrologers, idolatrous new age movement practitioners in all their various forms are all against God and forbidden by God. There will be consequences if you continue to give yourself over to those things. Temporal consequences here, and eternal consequences hereafter. Repent before it is too late. Submit to God, learn the Word of God, obey the Word of God, and God will give you His Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God is contrary to all these idolatrous practices. Indeed the Lord hates them all.
The closest things you might relate it to are NDEs or OBEs. You can look those up, listen to testimonies, you might find correlations to what you experienced. Idk what you were doing prior to this experience, or possible memory of an experience before this lifetime, but maybe that could give you a clue. Be very careful when speaking to materialist scientists about this phenomenon. They really have no idea what is going on. Not yet, at least. They are living in a hollow world of their own making, one in which the Universe has no meaning or interconnection. There are many spiritual scientists studying experiences like this. That would be a demonic attack, friend. I've expirenced them too and the only name that will save you is Jesus Christ. God does not operate in fear/anxiety in earthy sense, but it's a fear out of reverence, love, and grace (not feeling worthy for His love) I promise you there will be no confusion if you convert to the Living God ❤️ He shows to those who genuinely wish to see Him. Most don't want to. If you love sin more than God, God will let you sin for eternity until death because he loves you so much. In reality, that's no life to live, but it's still necessary for the choice to be with God for eternity to be sincere as otherwise it wouldn't be a choice
This happened to me too in July 2014, I had bad depression for four years and after a stressful day I prayed Dear God if you're real please help. I was driving when I said the prayer to myself and when I got home a big white light took over the whole room it was blinding and then another light being was next to me and I noticed I was a white light. It told me this is your help and showed me a hologram which was the world and the message or help was"from the inside out". And then before I knew it I was back in my house. For the next 3 months I learnt about Sacred geometry, remote viewing, the flower of life and the merkabah and metatrons cube. It totally changed who I am as a person.
