I just had the most amazing realization right now. Time marker (1hr:17min) he says all realities are superimposed on eachother that made me realize that everything we want or desire, all time future past or present, all of creation exists right here right now with that logic in mind in order to Manifest your desired reality all you have to do is let it come to you because you are suppose to have it the only reason you don't is because your blocking yourself from it. God says ask and ye shall receive... Nothing could be more true!

I did a Flower of Life workshop back in the nineties and still work with the merkaba teachings. But I love that Drunvalo is so quiet and humble and yet look at how his work has become so 'normal'. The information he brouht through and seeded in the world has truly changed it. Sometimes, when I look at current practices, I wish we could bring back some of these more 'grounded' techniques. They really are foundational. A wonderful man.

Thank you. I am ready... let's do this. I was hoping that we would get to see him teach the Mer•Ka•Ba breathing technique. I have done other Mer•Ka•Ba Meditations and Exercises, but had mixed results. The most profound experience that I had was during Brian Scott's Mer•Ka•Ba Meditation. I had my eyes closed and started to see very vivid visions of traveling through space and passing distant galaxies until I went to a twin sun 1 yellow, 1 blue system that had a 3rd sun that was dark red and rotated around them on a longer orbit, but wasn't hot, just warm and the planet was kinda like a smaller earth and a bigger earth with 3 small moons shaped like eggs, but 1 was like broken or cut in half, but it had a mostly green sky, but was at night the sky was purple and the flowers and plants made whistling sound like a harmony with each other when I got close to them and changed colors because they mixed with my energy and they would sway and lean towards me when I got near and there was always a moisture in the air that got thicker and heavier at night to the point that it rained... I remember seeing people that I knew and that were family and friends and some of them had purple-ish blue skin and others had blue-ish green skin and they were very tall and fit. A couple of them said that I was missed and loved and what was weird is that their lips were moving, but the sound of their voices were inside me, when I realized that it must have made them aware, so they said that they were trying to make me comfortable and stopped moving their mouths, but kept talking. They said that I was very brave for helping others and that they'd all been watching. And they said that they can't imagine how hard it's been, but that I will succeed and we will all be together again someday. And that was when I came to... it was the strangest experience I had ever had. I am pretty sure that I know exactly what it meant, but I still have dreams about it that unlocks more memories.
