- In this episode of the Wisdom Keeper podcast, I’m delighted to be joined by Dr. Robert Gilbert a leading scholar of Western esotericism and sacred geometry, particularly the Rosicrucian tradition of mystical Christianity. Robert J. Gilbert, Ph.D., has a multi-faceted scientific and spiritual studies background. He is a former U.S. Marine Corps Instructor in Nuclear-Biological-Chemical Warfare Defense and holds a Ph.D. in International Studies.
Dr. Gilbert has since 1985 conducted independent research into spiritual science to understand the non-physical basis of consciousness and the material world, drawing on the hidden initiation teachings & practices of great traditions worldwide.
He has also extensively researched vibrational sciences and new energetic healing technologies.
Dr. Gilbert holds the distinction of being the first non-Egyptian authorized to teach the new science of BioGeometry, developed by Dr. Ibrahim Karim of Cairo, Egypt. Where and with who do I navigate…I am 71 and cramming for finals….

@@investigationsinknowledge2636well you have choices but if you really wanted to put it on the fast track. Easing into psychedelics and eventually smoking 5MEO DMT would likely get you there the fastest to opening up. You could at least start with microdosing. Though none of this is necessary. This is just the quickest technology I know to use. However, you have to understand that you have 70 years of rebirth to have. And that this is a real thing where you're nervous system will actually rearrange and you will feel it. So take it slow regardless of your age, probably more so because of your age.
I'm pretty sure my mother, who is 73 is going through the dark night of the soul. She has signs of it right now and she's coming to realizations. She has been a narcissistic abusive person her entire life and I'm very worried for her as she's going to have 70 some years of shame thrusted upon her once she realizes the ways that she's acted. And she's going to think all sorts of things to do with our family were her fault. Lucky she has me and my brother there to guide her and let her know that she did the best she could do with what she had and that she was enough.
That being said if you can get yourself surrounded with anybody to help as I just explain to me and my brother will help my mom. That would be smart.
Now if you're not into psychedelics at all and you just won't do that. That's completely fine. The next quickest way would be a combination of breath works, followed by meditation, followed by affirmations, and if you think you can take it, jump in some freezing water.
I believe there's a reason in the Bible why the baptisms happen in cold water. And they're saying that you're born again. Now you're not born again from one dip in cold water. However, repetitively doing it does facilitate a spiritual awakening. As it brings your body back into homeostasis and get you very healthy. Which is what this is actually all about. It's about you becoming holy, meaning holy as in healthy. Healthy. In mentally and physically healthy. That's what the term holy man actually means. He is a whole man because he has all of his health balanced mentally and physically.
So if you think you can take a polar plunges. That would also help. These are all ways to wake your subconscious up. But these are slightly aggressive ways. So no matter what, you have to ease into any of this.
As you do this and as you meditate, you will soon find that the universe itself is laying out your path. For the information that you seek. It will just come to you and it will be supernatural and this is what people are referring to us. Synchronicities. Is a real thing. I've been experiencing it for the past few years. It's completely changed my reality and blown my mind. I was closer to being an atheist than religious. Though I've always been very spiritual because I consider spiritually simply asking the deeper questions. It really doesn't matter what you think you are. If you're asking, where did we all come from and all those deeper questions then your spiritual whether you like it or not.
But I've been going through this process and it's been pretty intense for me. But it's not like that for everybody. There's a lot of reasons to why it's been intense for me. But I arrived here going through this because of almost dying and being defibrillated. At least that's the main thing that started this. Though it is a combination and a buildup of things. It gave me PTSD which started me with a consistent meditation, breath work, cold therapy, workout routine, and study routine. And as I've been doing this, the information I've needed simply flow to me. And I've had to use a great level of discernment to decide what actually feels true. But as you do such a thing, just keep in mind when you know and when you don't know and it don't think you know something that you can't know. It's okay not to know. We're all figuring this out together. Because you'll run into that were some higher level. Spiritual teacher thinks they know something that they likely don't know. And it's a shame to see that level of ego in those guys, but it happens quite often.
I hope I didn't get too far off on a tangent and some of this helps. Feel free to ask more. I'm actually starting a meditation coaching business where subjects like these are likely to come up. So I'm more than happy to help you out. Especially because I might be gearing this towards people of your age. I see the baby boomer generation is about to get really screwed over and that's my parents. So I'm not cool with it and I'm here to help.
Oh ya … meeee toooo start to realize it will end. This perfect health.. this opportunity …this freedom….probably as Dr. Gilbert mentioned not made the right use out of it. But I say I give my best …( a lot of Investigation deep looking in all sort of feelings & relation & liefsituations . Some very happy .. some very sad, feels good peace is coming to all sort of happenings.). But definitely this dialog inspired me to practice this exercises… as I am on Gaia … I will practice… 3 times a week sounds good or even 4 times . Gratitude always is an excellent practice & can be done all day ˋ ). To connect with Jesus with Babaji with the Mantra 🕉 OM NA MA SHI VA YA aswell a superb practice. To me there is no substitute for a genuine spiritual teacher. Sadhana takes on completely different proportions after one recieves connection to a lineage. People who have been struggling for years or decades begin to finally experience real transformation. What books mostly leave out and always fail to deliver is actually the most important thing - genuine spiritual connection, the transforming force of spiritual presences and beings.

@@lindamclean8809Hi Linda. I think Rosacrusians are like the quiet flamekeepers of the Christian mysteries now at the point of becoming a new spiritual fire. Understanding the true Christ incarnation crucifixion and resurrection is key to this, which traditional church practise has consciously or unconsciously has kept hidden from the layman. This is the first time I've heard of Robert Gilbert and he seems to have grasped this nettle very well.

What teacher does not sell their teachings? Everyone needs to get paid... No one makes courses or writes books for free. If you want to spread a message, how else would you suggest it be spread -?
You could make same argument for all university professors - just because they get paid so much, oh mathematics my arse, chemistry my arse, physics my arse... are not those very subjects literally the secrets of the universe discovered and applied?
This guy can't get hired to teach at an institution because there isn't one to hire him. Arguably, it's not a very effective way to spread a message either.
If you had knowledge to share, how would you do it differently? Would you spend hundreds and thousands of hours and hired help and publishing and then give away for free? Are you independently wealthy? Wouldn't you go on some podcasts to reach a larger audience? Isn't that the purpose of podcasts?
Secrets of the universe doesn't make a person some omnipotent genie who doesn't need food or water and can turn sand into gold... Super Saiyan level 5000!? I mean, what do you expect? After my awakening in 2021, ive been slowly led to R. Gilbert's teachings as i slowly learn more and more about myself and why i am here :)
What was your awakening in 2021?
@willchristie2650 it was the strangest thing i ever experienced in my life. I was born and raised christian but somewhere at the end of 2020 beginning of 2021 something happened that warped my whole perception and world. Im not even the same person anymore. I feel evolved spiritually. Its really hard to explain but my belief system was torn down to the point of nothing. I had like this spiritual pain in my heart chakra area. At the time i didnt really know much about chakras. I knew it wasnt my actual heart though i did check to be sure and everything was fine. It was then i realized how real our chakra centers were. Then everything traumatic or hurtful that has ever happened to me started to surface all at once. Even things i thought i had gotten over already. Spiritual activity increased heavily and i found myself doing things for the 1st time in this life time but i was doing it as if i had already done it before. It was so weird. Part of me was afraid but only thing i could do is to keep pushing forward. I realized i had a twinflame and everything. So im like if all this really is real then maybe i should just lean into it because there was really no where else to go. Kinda like being in pitch black a following the one guiding light to lead me. Its like i had been reset and now its time rebuild and rediscover myself. I thought i was going crazy and was gona check myself into a mental hospital but luckily i found some people who was able to help me make sense of everything and i learned that i had a spontaneous kundalini awakening. I also learned that all that traumatic stuff surfaced because it was buried trauma that got to a point that needed to be processed and not suppressed like i was apparently doing before? Its alot but these past few years have been really enlightening for me

To shorten it a bit because i know it was alot to read, i had a spontaneous awakening where all of my beliefs were torn away from me. Things i believed in my whole entire life was flipped on its head. I had to discover a new path and only thing i had to guide me was my intuition. I started experiencing all sorts of spiritual phenomenon. I thought i was going crazy and almost checked myself into a hospital but i found some people that helped me realize what was happening. Now that i understand ive been just letting what resonates with my soul guide me

Thank you for discussing supreme knowledge and realization, and the golden age. It is not necessary to have a guru or master or single teacher, in order to be on a spiritual path or have a regular dedicated spiritual practice. Spiritual evolution is not based on intellectual understanding or books, but on experience and spiritual practice. The analogy with digging a number of shallow wells that don't hit water, compared to digging one deep well and finding water, is a good analogy.. Unless the seeker is already highly evolved, eclecticism does not result in fast or much spiritual growth, it is a sort of adolescence stage of spiritual growth. Indian knowledge and tradition of the yuga system is not limited to the Himalayas, this has been country-wide for millennia. There are many different models of the yuga system, there are dozens of yuga systems ranging from Greece through India. One point that will help in this regard is that deva years are 1,00 times longer than human years. So instead of Kali Yug being 432,000 years, it is only 4,320 yeras. One theory based on this is that we are in the transition period between Kali Yug and Dwapar yuga.
In general, the word 'esoteric' is not helpful, not part of the high road of spiritual growth, because it gives a sense that spirituality is only for a small % of people.
Every saint really in a higher state of consciousness is in continual 24/7 union with God and the higher Self. Human beings in 3D have the best opportunity for spiritual evolution, more than angels. Angelic life is R and R, taking a rest between lifetimes. Angels are not beyond human beings, only higher, but they are not more integrated.
Just listening to his preamble is heartening to hear an individual with such a rich spiritual understanding for our times.

So happy to have come across this interview. My path has been always about finding healing, questioning “why is life this way?” It’s certainly not been easy and I majorly lack discipline even though I do try and have had to find self compassion around that too. Interesting. My awakening into this deeper than simple Christian seeking started at the turning of the 2000s. I’ve always been in touch though, since I can remember BEING as a toddler. I too when I was ready found RUDOLPH STEINER and then Dr. Gilbert who is easier to hear.
Love Dr Gilbert. I'm always happy to hear truth seeking intersect with the great knowledge brought forth by the lineage of my Guru Yogananda.
Tip for others on the path… each of us is so unique… one method for getting into the pocket that works well for one, may not be the best for another… trust your own force… easy to over linearize things… when its not necessary. Helpful and totally fun… to learn… but as far as locking into each of your midis and getting em all aligned - whew… nothing better - and you’ve always known…

Especially struck by the message of not withholding our greater good from the souls that SHOULD be serving, who need us and want our Godgiven/soulfulness. Bro...how amazing was that. My initiation in 2021 happened on the summer solstice and I wasn't even aware or keeping track of things like that at that point in my life either (There is no need to lie about anything like this especially at this level. Respectfully). So greatful to get the additional confirmation on the extent of our collective awakening. "Thank you for being a part of my life".

Dr Robert Gilbert is incredible. The depth of his wisdom and humble disposition is admirable. I do find hard to watch Podcasts with him when the host have the need to talk a lot and interrupt him. It really disrupts the transmission, but Dr Gilbert is always so kind and skilled and follows unaffected. Impressive. 🙏🏼✨
