By the way, Jim Self who created the Mastering Alchemy program (see the Level 2 program), states that for the male, the Sun tetrahedron (0:23) points to the front and the Earth tetrahedron points to the rear. It is the opposite for females.

Wow wow wow! I literally felt myself being lifted. I think I got a little spooked and couldn’t maintain it but my goodness, the energy felt amazing and I want more of it. I feel so light and refreshed (if that makes sense). And the flashes of light were so beautiful. I can’t wait to meditate again.

the two pyrimids need spin to make the sphere, just focus on spinning them in oposing directions, keep them steady & work up speed, when you can keep them steady. no need to emagion both a merkaba & sphere, as the merkaba becomes a sphere.

Yes indeed it is a very good graphical and nice sound, music and voice, too. Thank you for sharing. There are words that connect with the mudras that are left out of this meditation and there is an eye roll activation with each mudra and word as well. very important .

Great video! Is this an edited version? What about the part of the 5 second breath hold after each exhale, cross eyes & quickly look up and down while visualising the white light of the female tetrahedron shooting into the earth so the electrical pulsing of the clearing can be felt? Thats the part I needed to see in action.

I used to do this a few years ago and got to the final part before your higher self tells you to advance. I would do this and afterwards go outside and see the sky above me completely clear and the clouds in the sky pushed out for miles in a circle centered above where i was. Its weird to ecen say it now, but it happened.

Thank you. I was few years ago on certifited Melchizedek's teacher workshop of Merkabah activation... And 1: appeared for me year by year Merkabah activation protocol was a bit different "because something in Universe was changed". One of students which was also few years earlier told me her group was learned different steps. I received CD with another steps around 10 breathe, than was on mine "actual" workshop. I felt deeply cheated by this because nobody told me before course about this activation methode has "actualisations" and nobody will tell it to ex students when they will not pay again for participating. 2: on my workshop was another method to recognise which tethraedron is femmle and which male. It was about shape in front of face ^ or -. Not which is up or down.

One time when i did Drunvalos merkaba meditation , at the 10th breath when you are visualizing the golden sphere of light 🌞 inside you , I SAW A BROWN WALL WITH BLACK SHAPES ON IT, LIKE A CAVE WALL OR WOOD PANELING .
Unfortunately i only saw it for a moment,
because as soon as i saw it , i thought it looked kinda creepy , so i quickly opened my eyes 👀 and never really got see what it was .
i was laying down in bed, the beds wooden headboard was directly behind the top my head, so maybe my pineal gland (third eye) was looking out the top of my head and i was seeing the wooden headboard .
