- The merkabah is a geometric pattern that can move either like a torus or like counter rotating light fields. The energy field of a person, which is always present, takes on this pattern when their consciousness is no longer purely focused physically and is now able to travel or is traveling through other dimensional realities. We can take this one step further though. A fully activated merkabah indicates that a person is able to take their body through star gates and to other dimensional realities, instead of simply take their consciousness to other dimensional realities whilst leaving their body behind.
The fully activated merkabah indicates that a person is able to transform the entire body into light. It is a form of light travel. In other words, in the final stages of merkabah activation, through a shift in consciousness, the triad of the mind, spirit and body completely integrates into one pattern of light and is then able to transcend the limitation of the physical time space reality.

I've been in solitude for near 8 months and have been healing the emotional body extensively. This morning as I was stretching I saw the Merkabah in my mind. I didn't even know of its existence in spirituality. In my recommendations, I saw this video and clicked it and was given the knowledge. I do feel that my vibration is slowly but rapidly changing because of consistent focus going deep into my psyche 6-7 hours a day. This video affirms that what I am doing is working. My posture has also improved. Stay strong everyone!

In Hebrew, the root of 'Merkabah' ,מרכבה - R K B also means 'complex' מרכב ' and 'assembly' הרכבה. Kabbalah teaches we are all a vessel, the larger we construct ourselves and expand our consciousness, the greater our ability to let in light energy into the world by becoming an open, expanding pipeline from source (god etc). Ego's trap us by looking inward, freedom happens when we release selfish actions and a need to control out of fear, and you'll truly shine if you can serenely let go and expand in all directions.

You may probably know this, but just in case, one way to access the Markabah and drawing parallel to Teal's explanation, is to meditate from the root Chakra (sefirot of Malchut - Yesod) by pronouncing the divine name of YHWH with its vowels. Then basically moving up the Tree of Life by using the proper voweled YHWH attributed to each Sefirah/Chakra as a mantra until you get to the Crown Chakra - Keter. This is done in a meditation and proper breathing techniques in a state of being thoughtless. This is the basic Markabah technique that will activate the energy field known as Prana, Kundalini, Shechinah, Ruach, etc....There is obviously a lot more than we can write about.....
Most people investing in the new age system want peace kindness and joy but that is how you are lured into the darkness to accept the broad path. It took me a long time to find this video, thanks for cutting through the misconceptions around this topic. One of those most important things for me to understand is to be ok with and know where I am at. There's no race here, the mysteries that are supposed to be realised will come to you once you have done the work. There is no getting around that and you wouldn't want a child driving a 16 wheeler truck. Don't stop your growth but find guidance, pray for it, be humble enough to listen to it, keep with regular meditation be open and clear of what you can handle. Nobody has all the answers but some people can help you with yours, find them, receive and give to them. Be grateful, push yourself with proper guidance.

This reminds me of a dream I had. It was a nightmare with something representing a terrible thing that happened in real life. A huge spinning funnel appeared and I entered it. While looping around inside it, it pulled me up and up while I made wishes. This was lucid- to some degree I knew I was dreaming so I made 3 wishes. Still waiting for them to come true. ❤️
One of the best videos for me at this time. I've experienced some of the symptoms. The root chackra activation, the spinning vortex in two different direction, I have even seen the two triangles upside down in my meditations and I didnt know anything consciously about them, they just came to me as I am learning to channel. I’ve been seeing lots of triangles recently in my meditations and seeing golden light symbols. Last night during a mediation 2 triangles merged into a merkabah and settled on my solar plexus, I pressed it like a button and had an out of body experience. I’ve had them before but this one I felt fully aware in it. I was travelling through layers, aware and controlling the speed of my movement, but then I wasn’t sure where I wanted to go so ended up back in my body. An amazing experience

I have experienced this in full, it came to me spontaneously as an experience.
I never so much as saw the two pyramids or any spinning.
But I experienced being in a self ignited cocoon of light which I was, like a universe sized resistor.
I would absolutely love to get in touch with you to describe the entire experience and how it unfolded. I saw the entire physical universe within me as a unit time and all time ever past present and potential and all timelines already there. I spoke to and with the future. I saw how everyone is within me and I within everyone. I saw the sacred geometry, the body as temple. The Trinity that I am.
Yours and Manly P Halls descriptions are the only that truly approximate my vision and experience.I can tell that you speak from knowing and not from knowledge only. Yours and P Halls descriptions are alive. They carry the spiritual nature and multidimensionality that the Merkhabah really is.
It is very different. Most descriptions out there are flat, 2D or 3D Even 4D and inaccurate descriptions, that show a track of telling, an attempt to relay over the millennia, where the actual experience had been lost...
It is endearing, but it is gold to find the fountain of life again, the real living experience and those around me who know of what I speak, in their hearts.

1) Awakening
2) Diligent, DAILY spinning (clockwise 33x) - (as mentioned in 'Bringers of the Dawn')
3) (2 months later) Seeming Merkabah AUTO-activation
4) Inter-dimensional travel (using Drunvalo speed directives)

I was asleep one night and awoke to see a Merkabah floating in front of me - it was floating right in front of me and out of curiosity when I went to touch it - it gradually got smaller then disappeared. I did have a scar on my finger where I was able to touch it but that soon healed. It was an amazing thing to see. Thanks Teal for all you do.

I don't believe in demons I believe in quantum entanglement and parallel Universes. Demons and Gods were created by a society that is fearful of non existence.

the merkaba is essentially the 3 dimensional version of the "star of david", essentially it is the male and female, the duality consciousness merged into one consciousness, if you take a triangle right side up and down, male (up) and female (down) representing the sexual organs aka root chakra, draw straight lines through all the points, you create a 3 dimensional triangle or a pyramid, merge the pyramids together (as a star) and you get a tetrahydron...essentially the pyramid can also be viewed as a spiral, going form one point and spiraling to the base, from 3 directions, or 3 paths, spirals are found throughout nature, in everything actually, even our bodies are created in the likeness of a spiral, look at your fingertips, spiral, of course alot of people will argue it is "gravity", and i do agree, gravity has something to do with it, based on the magnetic fields of everything, but essentially the energy which creates everything can be created, the druids have known this since the beginning, 3 is a druidic number, the egyptians were influenced by druidic teachings in my opinion, essentially every religion is pagan, no more secrets.

Many is teaching, that You should activate first your Merkabah, otherwise you are hopeless... Hehe. I always felt, that this is automaticly activated as soon, as I am ready. So what? Work on myself and getting alligned to myself wholly, emotionally, mentally, etc, then I will have the Merkabah too. Teal is brilliant!

A friend told me how she did the Merkabah meditation on top of the Tor in Glastonbury, and she started to 'travel' in the Merkabah - she suddenly stopped herself 'saying internally' - 'You can't even get your shopping list right, so you shouldn't be doing interdimensional travel just yet'!

I actually ordered a small physical merkaba last night before watching this video. But the one you 'sent' me... well there is no comparison.
The feeling is amazing once one manages to activate the merkaba and ascend into a light being . It is a gift and the right of passage once one starts working from the heart space and expands their consciousness combining all spiritual, physical, mental and emotional work.

I agree with you Teal to a point. In the ascension process, there is an inorganic white light architecture that is corrected to the gold/white light architecture. While this is done, the body goes through physiological changes. Yes , how you describe this is correct, but you can go beyond that. I can raise the frequency in my body so high that it sounds extremely loud and physically very powerful in the body. I literally to my physical body with me up and out of my room and flew over some forests in New York state. I had many of t these experiences but not found much on it until I heard of Babaji. Then, he visited me during an early morning deep meditation. He stood behind me, and he felt like we were glued together by a light radiance. The same loud sound and the same powerful vibrations in the body were felt. I am not sure how to explain this but I think my flash and blood was still in bed, but I had no feeling or 3D sense knowledge that I was there. I clearly felt myself standing, taking my body with me. We literally left the solar system, and in a few seconds we were on a planet descending to the ground. I did not stand on the ground but floated just above it. I chatted with the people, rested on a park bench. So if anyone has info on this, love to hear from you.

Hi Teal, I'm not quite sure what happened to me last night, But i was meditating as usual for me. I was seeing the Merkabah, which was not unusual since i had just watched your video. But then all in the sudden the Merkabah broke up into millions of colored fractals.
Stuff in geometric patterns and colors were floating and moving around me. I remember saying to myself "Oh !!! My!! God!!" I was not expecting anything to happen, But I hope it happens again, it felt like i was out of my body in a different Light universe of color and energy.
Just thought I would share.
