Professor Time I was just thinking that. I love that she allows her progression to be visible. I only wish she would make another one since some of the audio cuts out. Maybe she has....just started watching these so maybe I’ll find one.
I believe she simply began to write her ideas on cue cards or a screen in front of her, to keep her speech smooth and uninterrupted. Her ideas were always there, but speaking off the cuff is tougher for anyone. Glad she invested in that, it also allows her to look into the camera more continuously, too, which is nice.

My beloved brother past away 13 years ago. I was dreaming about him maybe only 5 times and I was really wishing to have more dreams with him but he never came. After watching this video yesterday I invited my spirit guides during meditation. My brother came to my dream and it was so beautiful as we have meet again, we even touched hands. Your guides want you to under-stand that they are communicating with you constantly, through the path of least resistance. Every thought you think, every word you speak, every motion you make, is receiving feedback communication from your higher mind(and spirit guides), through your e-motion. As you raise your frequency, the more the communication is accessible in the sense that you can hear, feel, and see it more. Sensitize your-self to e-motion, to living, and the feedback will appear more readily available. The truth however, is simply that you are know-ticing, the feedback more.

Spirituality is the results of religious disillusionment. My religious upbringing was a needed experience which brought me in contact with the my spiritual reality as it is now. So I appreciate religious beliefs and those who practice them. Had it not been for my Christian/Islamic upbringing I wouldn't be where I am now. Peace.
Things need to be done a certain way. There is right and wrong way in any religion, and any action. As long as you are true to yourself, which is the ultimate you, you're going the right way.
As the veil is lifted like a cloud cover of fog on a rainy day, the guides come out and reveal themselves. I've spent most of my life being alone and having to do things for myself. During a guided meditation, it was suggested that I ask my spirit guides to be with me. So I asked that my spirit guides be with me, and that if I didn't have any, that I'd like to have some. Tears just started rolling down my face. Amazing how triggered I was just asking for help.
Amazing that after I asked for help and to have spirit guides, I felt an amazingly warm (more like really hot) swirling sensation right at the solar plexus chakra. It was absolutely radiating.

I received the auditory because I asked for concrete evidence of non-physical guides. After asking for guidance one of my guides appeared in human form and brought many messages to me directly but in riddles that I had to figure out and then understand. Decided to dive deeply into spiritual mentors and meditations. Huge learning curves with some success in reaching the space between thoughts but so fleeting as life chaos became crazier and more demanding. Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring video. There's a wide variety of things you can do to raise your frequency, depending on what you need. What I've been doing has involved meditation, excersize, maintaining crystals, astral projecting, and changing my diet. If you're in a hurry, listening to tones can help open your 3rd eye faster. I also suggest watching Spirit Science for more info. Practice letting go of fear, for the most part.

When I was a teenager, I used to create characters for stories (multiple types of stories with variations of the same basic characters one of which was "MY" character.) I feel like I put so much thought energy that she became somewhat of a thought form (In the dream realm) and a guide.

this is not true. i found my true spirit guide yesterday, so i have been a little freaked out, not actually expecting this to really happen, and have been looking for information. I know for a fact that he is real and was there guiding me, he even suprised me in his beautiful guidence. I had a lucid dream last night and I asked one of my dream characters what the names of my spirit guides are. The dream character responded to my question without hesitation and said two very old and very foreign sounding names. The names of my spirit guides are so different from my language that I do not even know how to spell the names haha. I'm so far removed from my inner being that I've become totally and hopelessly lost. I want to believe and do, yet I cannot communicate with any beings. I don't fell that I belong on this planet. I've always felt awkward and ill at ease in this body, I have no chakras, I'm devoid of essence and I desperately need to find out who I am and why I'm hear. While there are times when I can tap into the creative and write songs, this has become less of the case. I feel shut down, nervous inside, out of control, and all of the above. Yet this is not something a psychiatrist can deal with because it involves my life's mission, and perhaps I should simply try to accept and envelope my inabilities and try to learn. Emotionless I exist on a physical plane that to me has become homogeneous homogenized and shut down. I can't talk to people about this stuff as they can't engage me or I them. I want to learn and know what really is. Nothing more nothing less. I've no memory of any past life. While I may be spiritually bankrupt now, it certainly can't get much worse, and perhaps only through death will I learn. But walking around like a live wirre looking over one's shoulder is no wan y to live. EWC
Stop seeking outside of you. Past lives, spirit guides, etcetera... That all does not matter. Hold your attention only on what is always here. Everything that passes has no reality of itself, it gets this reality from you. Now because you give so much attention to what appears in your mind (thoughts, images, feelings), you feel drained out. Simply just stop seeking it 'out there', wherever that is. And keep your attention on yourself. Be very clear that belief is not required and that this is actually what keeps you from being centered. Be totally without beliefs to know what is real. Look up what 'self-enquiry' is. Good luck brother.
We evolved in a brutal world where lions don't lie down with lambs - they kill and eat them. We evolved to NOT feel good because feeling good was a death sentence. The paranoid, the defensive, and combative survived and reproduced their genes. Feel good people died before they could. It's all about endorphins. Lots of people have what is becoming known as Endorphin Deficiency Syndrome. People who feel great don't spend a lot of time searching and I've spent a lot of time searching. If you feel out of place, join the club. Perhaps some people can increase their feel good brain chemistry thru spirituality. I might give it a shot. If nothing else she's nice to look at.
Gold Hunter Living for survival only is the lowest form of living for a human being. Fear is a huge drain on your energy, a waste of your potential. Just because most people are driven by fear and the feeling of lack doesn't mean that evolving that way is a good thing. Eventually humanity will destroy itself because of the overemphasis on survival and egoic motivation. How evolved will you feel when world war three is here? Peace/happiness is the measure of how evolved you are, not fearful cunningness.
Recently I went through a dark period where I felt all of those things too and had to get help from a friend who does reiki and other shamanic healing work. I had a spiritual parasite that had to be removed it was blocking me from my higher self and draining my energy, it felt like it was blocking me from being connected to life. Once I had it removed i still had to do a lot of work to reset my mind to a more positive state of connectivity but I felt a million times better after the reiki treatment. There is a lot of help out there, it will come to you if you are seeking it but don't give up on yourself you are here for a reason 😊
melanie wilson The parasite is the ego and we all must transcend it. I do not doubt that things like reiki help alleviate suffering, but as long as the ego operates there will be resistance to life which results in more suffering and the build up of that suffering in the body resulting in even more resistance to that (suffering) and eventually illnesses. You cannot get rid of that by treating the symptoms (although you can alleviate the suffering of course) and then continue the same way. Even just believing you're the body will keep the ego alive. Not trying to be a buzzkill here, but the real solution is a simple one. Get to know your true self again.

So I saw these 4 golden light beings lifting me from my room which then turned into 4 horses of a chariot and the seat was actually a cloud. They were transporting me to wherever I wanted to go (mostly in deep space) through the whole lucid dream experience.So maybe they are my spirit guides or just me making them up. Can anyone tell me?

Your claim about free will got me thinking, it felt right but I didn't quite understand why -- then I remembered that the exercise of what we call free will is what creates karma. Thanks for your videos Teal. I love how articulate you are, explaining things in a coherent logical sequence....I connected with my spirit guide(s) couple of weeks ago, quite unintentionally. They communicated with me via writing. I had no knowledge and idea of the concept. As I was posing questions in my mind, a power beyond my conscious mind, was guiding me to write the answer, answers quite different from my rational mind. I knew then in my core, this is not me answering these question, but something beyond me. I thought it must be my unconscious mind, after watching this video, now I think they were my spirit guide(s).

I had an OBE once. I felt the presence of two beings on each side of me. I didn't see them. Before I got out of my body I remember reading some text messages in my mind. My mind was completely awake but my eyes were closed, yet I was able to read messages on a green screen. It was a really cool experience. I wish I could experience it again. I feel my guides presence all the time. They help me not only with sincronizities but also with simple things like finding my keys, etc.

So true about how your guides are an archetypal match to your intentions. After doing serious research into the religion that I had sworn to uphold (Christianity), I denounced it. My spirit guides at that time suddenly came to the surface harassing me! They threw the hell scenario at me. I had visions of being engulfed in flames with the words "REPENT, REPENT" across them. That's when I prayed and asked for NEW guides. I am very happy with the results. I still can't seem to wrap my head around the concept of "higher self" as a spiritual guide though. I have a hard time with the idea that we have split personalities as a normal state. I'm more inclined to believe that what we perceive as being Higher Self is in fact a spirit guide.

The idea of connection with divinity, whatever the religion, is to a: inspire us, and B: calm us. Once you meet your spirit guides of yours, you will not be scared or freaked out, but most likely very calm, and most likely deeply moved.

When I was a teenager, I used to create characters for stories (multiple types of stories with variations of the same basic characters one of which was "MY" character.) I feel like I put so much thought energy that she became somewhat of a thought form (In the dream realm) and a guide.
Do you know what a tulpa is? It sounds like that's what you made, especially if your characters started taking actions on their own that you didn't script for them.

this is not true. i found my true spirit guide yesterday, so i have been a little freaked out, not actually expecting this to really happen, and have been looking for information. I know for a fact that he is real and was there guiding me, he even suprised me in his beautiful guidence. BUT there was no benifit to him. he was selfless in everyway.there just to help me. i had an automatic bond with him, and knew his spirit and intentions just as he knew mine! has this happened to anyone else?it was amazing! enlightening and profound.

I had a lucid dream last night and I asked one of my dream characters what the names of my spirit guides are. The dream character responded to my question without hesitation and said two very old and very foreign sounding names. The names of my spirit guides are so different from my language that I do not even know how to spell the names haha. Since Teal's primary guide's name is Velendale, I do not feel like I am the only one with very strange named guides haha. Thanks Teal!

I'm so far removed from my inner being that I've become totally and hopelessly lost. I want to believe and do, yet I cannot communicate with any beings. I don't fell that I belong on this planet. I've always felt awkward and ill at ease in this body, I have no chakras, I'm devoid of essence and I desperately need to find out who I am and why I'm hear. While there are times when I can tap into the creative and write songs, this has become less of the case. I feel shut down, nervous inside, out of control, and all of the above. Yet this is not something a psychiatrist can deal with because it involves my life's mission, and perhaps I should simply try to accept and envelope my inabilities and try to learn. Emotionless I exist on a physical plane that to me has become homogeneous homogenized and shut down. I can't talk to people about this stuff as they can't engage me or I them. I want to learn and know what really is. Nothing more nothing less. I've no memory of any past life. While I may be spiritually bankrupt now, it certainly can't get much worse, and perhaps only through death will I learn. But walking around like a live wirre looking over one's shoulder is no wan

Stop seeking outside of you. Past lives, spirit guides, etcetera... That all does not matter. Hold your attention only on what is always here. Everything that passes has no reality of itself, it gets this reality from you. Now because you give so much attention to what appears in your mind (thoughts, images, feelings), you feel drained out.
Simply just stop seeking it 'out there', wherever that is. And keep your attention on yourself. Be very clear that belief is not required and that this is actually what keeps you from being centered. Be totally without beliefs to know what is real. Look up what 'self-enquiry' is. Good luck brother.

Just because most people are driven by fear and the feeling of lack doesn't mean that evolving that way is a good thing. Recently I went through a dark period where I felt all of those things too and had to get help from a friend who does reiki and other shamanic healing work. I had a spiritual parasite that had to be removed it was blocking me from my higher self and draining my energy, it felt like it was blocking me from being connected to life. Once I had it removed i still had to do a lot of work to reset my mind to a more positive state of connectivity but I felt a million times better after the reiki treatment. There is a lot of help out there, it will come to you if you are seeking it but don't give up on yourself you are here for a reason 😊
melanie wilson The parasite is the ego and we all must transcend it. I do not doubt that things like reiki help alleviate suffering, but as long as the ego operates there will be resistance to life which results in more suffering and the build up of that suffering in the body resulting in even more resistance to that (suffering) and eventually illnesses. You cannot get rid of that by treating the symptoms (although you can alleviate the suffering of course) and then continue the same way. Even just believing you're the body will keep the ego alive. Not trying to be a buzzkill here, but the real solution is a simple one. Get to know your true self again.

So I saw these 4 golden light beings lifting me from my room which then turned into 4 horses of a chariot and the seat was actually a cloud. They were transporting me to wherever I wanted to go (mostly in deep space) through the whole lucid dream experience.So maybe they are my spirit guides or just me making them up. Can anyone tell me?

Thanks for your videos Teal. I love how articulate you are, explaining things in a coherent logical sequence....I connected with my spirit guide(s) couple of weeks ago, quite unintentionally. They communicated with me via writing. I had no knowledge and idea of the concept. As I was posing questions in my mind, a power beyond my conscious mind, was guiding me to write the answer, answers quite different from my rational mind. I knew then in my core, this is not me answering these question, but something beyond me. I thought it must be my unconscious mind, after watching this video, now I think they were my spirit guide(s).

I had an OBE once. I felt the presence of two beings on each side of me. I didn't see them.
Before I got out of my body I remember reading some text messages in my mind. My mind was completely awake but my eyes were closed, yet I was able to read messages on a green screen.
It was a really cool experience. I wish I could experience it again.
I feel my guides presence all the time. They help me not only with sincronizities but also with simple things like finding my keys, etc.

So true about how your guides are an archetypal match to your intentions. After doing serious research into the religion that I had sworn to uphold (Christianity), I denounced it. My spirit guides at that time suddenly came to the surface harassing me! They threw the hell scenario at me. I had visions of being engulfed in flames with the words "REPENT, REPENT" across them. That's when I prayed and asked for NEW guides. I am very happy with the results. I still can't seem to wrap my head around the concept of "higher self" as a spiritual guide though. I have a hard time with the idea that we have split personalities as a normal state. I'm more inclined to believe that what we perceive as being Higher Self is in fact a spirit guide.

You CAN find the answers you seek from within, just understand it might not be as your human brain imagines it being. I have had several "awakenings" and out of body experiences, but yet to have one under full control because of my outer fears of Society and Religion outcasting/hating on me. But as i continue to break down those walls, my experiences grow.
