This looks delicious! The first thing I christened my rotisserie oven with was a jerk chicken. It keeps the meat nice and juicy 🤤

I add molasses and angostura bitters to my seasoning. And I stab my chicken to make the seasoning go all the way into the chicken. But I love your chicken could do with a piece.

I also insert a spoon between the skin and the meat of the breast to separate them. That way I can always get my rub or marinade to completely infuse the meat of the chicken breast

If humans are meant to eat meat why do we need to cover the flesh with spices to enjoy it ? Never seen a lion seasoning a gazelle before they eat em straight up guts and all.

Should humans do like the lion? Should we leave our creature comforts behind and roam the wild ? Go ahead , set the trend.

Jonathan McMenemy that's because all the running the gazelle does while the lion is chasing it creates a tasty juicy baste in the hot sun.
