Also, I've been meaning to ask you, I was thinking about upgrade to a electric set to be able to play away from home and not disturb my housemates at the same time and I was wondering if you would recommend any relatively cheap electric sets. Or should I just save money until I have enough to get something like yours?
Hey, I’ve been trying out this song myself, but given that I’m a high school kid during the school year, I don’t have the money nor the ability to work in order to buy a second bass drum pedal. Is there any way to practice my foot speed on the pedal?

Would you say that the drum set you use (Roland TD-12S) is worth it? I have an electronic set already, but it's doesn't feel that good (it costs a lot as well -_-). And about how much did your kit cost?
I would say, at the very least, a good mesh snare is worth it. I've played on silicon heads for toms on other kits at my high school, and they were just fine. The hi hat is also a good upgrade, but my particular one has an issue where random hi hat splashes are played constantly. I always have to delete the extra notes after recording (so don't buy the VH-11!). The kit was about 1800 used off of craigslist, and it included double pedals, a roland speaker, a throne, and a subwoofer. I bought the ride cymbal separately later on.
