I thought it would be tons of abbreviations
This is a whole note
But it is still incomplete with a lot of missing information that could impact the revenue from this note, don't just make it a practice following this video. None of the visits would be this straightforward in the live scenario.

How u can text so fast and cant miss what doctor-patient says? Is it recorded and u will text later all the details because i cant imagine myself texting all these deatils without missing anything, paying attention to their conversation in real time, unless i can relisten the whole thing again if it gets recorded....
Can someone tell me that how he decided that the patient is 35 yrs old ? Though the patient nor doctor have said anything ?

I'm sorry...but NO normal person uses this wording....while helpful, the "patient" needs to speak normally...example....instead of left flank....left side....suprapubic....groin....I've been in the medical field for 30 years....NO ONE SPEAKS THIS WAY.

You missed pertinent negatives like dysuria, and hematuria
a pregnancy test should be openly discussed with a child-bearing age patient prior to mentioning CT scan.
Great catch. You're absolutely right. Anytime a CT A/P is done on a female of child-bearing age, a pregnancy test will be done ahead of time to make sure she is not pregnant. If she is pregnant, we're typically limited to doing ultrasounds.
For freshers I would to say what you see in this video is totally different from what you actually encounter. There will not be like this direct questions and answers.
Please suggest me ...will it be good to get in this profession as am bachelor in pharma ... am new to this conversation skill field of profession.
