I wonder how “I don’t consent” and “Objection” are working for him in prison?!
Is he in prison or did the judge grant him a stay pending his appeal? I hope she denied it and made him go to prison instead of sitting in county, because that's what he wants. Hes afraid to go to prison.

Why is he allowed to ask questions that go nowhere and also ask the same question differently. Darrell Brooks is guilty and he knows it but he’s loving his opportunity to make history.

He is allowed to because maintaining everyone's rights equally is the only way to prevent corruption and the powerful from over-runing innocent people's rights. Once you allow for exceptions it becomes a slippery slope, who's to say you can decide when a person is or is not guilty and therefor 'let's get the trial over with already'. Not having a baseline, across the board, and clear definition of rights and the right to exercise them prevents tyranny. Even though it may seem to you that this is a waste of time, if you think about it for a few minutes you will see that this 'waste of time' is actually the reason why you can walk around freely in this country. You can't be shortsighted with these things. And the judge's obvious disregard for his rights and the law in this trial, is actually very stupid, short-sighted, and dangerous of her, because this will contribute in some ways to setting a precedent if this isn't overturned.
The judge is allowing him to do that so he digs himself further into a hole. By showing for the record what he’s trying to do, they can stop him from trying to appeal later
The judge doesn't want to give in to him because if she puts him in contempt then this makes the trial drag out longer and longer and that's what he wants

Because there was the daughter a defense attorney on the jury. She should have been stricken by the prosecution but wasn’t. I can just here her saying” they didn’t prove their case’. In addition, the defense made the case about, George Anthony. Many people including me, believe the case was overcharged.

This judge is extremely immature and obviously lacking in the skills and knowledge for her job. She is just following what the state wants and overruning Darrell Brooks's rights. I have not seen I dont think even one instance (Maybe one) where she overruled a state's objection (When they were being frivolous numerous times), yet she has never sustained any of his objections except fo r maybe twice out of hundreds. She also needlessly enters into dumb arguments with him. She has displayed some very serious immaturity.

I don’t support DB at all but the officer that fired shots at him, based on his own testimony was firing at a vehicle he had no idea was involved and according to him he wasn’t even sure what had happened on the route until after firing shots.
Then his claim to have gotten the license plate and have no memory of doing so seems bizarre.
He is lucky he isn’t facing charges. He had no legal standing that I heard for firing. He’s lucky that no one was hit by stray bullets. He is lucky that the case was as egregious as it was.
Definitely a dumb comment the vehicle almost hit the officer he had every right to fire at him. anybody speeding down a parade route would seem to me that it was criminal. i’m ex military I wouldn’t have missed.
