You are so encouraging!!!! The lipodema and lymphadema for past 3 years since rt ovary removed and c. Virus attacked bladder. Hoping nutrition will help. Knee and heel spurs need heeled so I can walk more. But God. Jesus is our Healer. We are victorious overcomers.

But we are victorious Overcomer, indeed, and our healer walks with us and talks with us and orders our steps to healing and abundance. Holly My friend, so good and timely! Listened to the whole of this and it gave me hope. I had a health crisis last year with my period . I was laying down a lot and not being careful with eating. But at the end of January I had a hysterectomy ( I can’t think of the way I had it but it was “ the easy way” I went home that day. So now I’m moving more and thinking I’m eating better. With salads and such. But I’m compromising with crabs but I need to get back to low carb and I’m Listening to you talk about meat! Wow!!! But I want to get my feet not to swell, get rid of as much pain as I can& not to have to go to the bathroom in the night or even just one time sounds amazing!! Love you much and happy for you and family!! You are amazing!!!! So I tried once through messenger to tell you but I got off face book and not sure you ever saw it. But Alecia is married since January 6th to Abner a worship leader and creative guy here at Strong Tower. We love him and Alecia is now Ruiz and she’s pregnant! Due in February. Lydia works here too and we’re all good.❤❤❤

I think that part of your body has been struggling for a very long time and I’m thankful you’ve gotten some breakthrough. Just make sure when you go Large low-carb you go high fat and moderate protein and easy on the veggies you would be amazed at how full of anti-nutrients they are. I have heard of this for many many years, but I put fingers in my ears. But the fact that I am pain-free and mobile, and Mary is asthma free it is all about getting the anti-nutrients out of your body and unfortunately, most of that is coming through the carbs and the veggies I love you, my sister please give my love to your entire household and please reach out through my cell phone. Well, we’ve lived a variety of places, but all of them for the last 14 years have been in Missouri. We are now on a long-term homestead that we are creating on 10 acres of land in the middle of lovely Missouri.
