    Hi dude, I have just finished watching all your videos from your first to your latest. Honestly I'm now a firm subscriber and follower on all social platforms of yours. I follow loads of big name motovlogers and have done so for some years now, I have been looking for some new Harley, camping & adventure content and yours ticks all the boxes. Even better that I have found you or you have found he :) while you are still small in terms of subscribers as I find the engagement to be a lot better and appreciating. Whereas the bigger channels don't give you the time of day. Honestly pal your content is really good, well paced and keeps you engaged.
    You and the wife work well together on camera, so keep up the good work. Im l@@King forward to what's next? and best wishes to your daughter and the whole family unit :)

    You should really think about getting a dedicated motorcycle navigation system like a TomTom Rider...it´s a game changer when you can even plan extra curvy roads. And they are wheather proof and you can leave on the gloves to use it.

Awesome roads the whole way The amalfi is the breathtaking bit and maybe 100 miles down done a lot of coastlines but that centre road mama Mia I was away for 4 weeks as I retired earlier this year so for once did not have to be back for work clocked 6000 up planning next trip going to go to faak am see in sept for bike week then heading to the warmth of south of Spain you would love andulicia as this where all spaghetti westerns made you can visit la cahorra and just like the films is a small white painted town with signs creaking in the wind dogs barking and babies crying then they have a western town as a tourist attraction saloon corals etc and of course the original old west town that they were actually filmed in as you see I too watched all those cowboy movies and there is always a few nights in any trip where I ride into the sunset and riding in that part of Spain is kinda like being transported to that time

In the town nearest tabernas I remember this small travena above a small pension they spoke no English and there was no menu you just needed to know what was available order whatever tapas you wanted so alongside my pigeon Spanish I just pointed at other peeps tapas as they came out saying eg uno or doss por favour it was delicious food and a real hoot and of course every dish was accompanied by a beer and total was about €10 of was 11 years ago so prices will have risen but am sure will still be there as very popular with the locals sometimes it’s those wee details that really make the trip just like a well finished chopper it’s the little details that are often the marvel

    Heavy stuff with rain! I drove in one week to Cannes. Both ways 2 days rain vs. I have the same helmet as Lisa. Also with pinlock….it does fog u(f*ck) up anyways!! Don’t you use the rainsock over your aircleaner????.

    • @LeanIntoTheWind
      @LeanIntoTheWind  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah the rain can be a drag , but dark and cold definitely harder … yeah Lisa said she couldn’t see , my goggles never misted before .. but I’m putting that down to balaclava. My air cleaner not the paper one … but yeah would have been handy to have rain sock , but bike didn’t have any issues … except the oem tyres , but they close to end of life , so I’ll be getting some cobra chrome on .

    hi, there... please do not take it as a "smart ass" advise or comment... -> I got myself some pitch black Rukka Goretex Pro gear along with my brandnew FLHRXS back then, looking real bad ass... providing ultimate comfort & protection from the elements... great value for real riders... going regardless what the forecast is like. I can just recommend it... notably for riding in the UK, and going on trips with oceanic weather conditions, incl. western and northern Scandinavia... you'll never get wet and/or cold again... never... once-in-a-lifetime investment...

    • @LeanIntoTheWind
      @LeanIntoTheWind  9 месяцев назад +2

      Yeah I know Rukka make stunning gear , real good quality. Too be honest we never got wet , our water proofs are 100% water proof.. we just did not dress warm enough for temperature down to 4 …well it was 4 in morning the night in the rain probably colder .. as it was late .
      Lisa got a heated jacket , but we didn’t take it as didn’t think it would be as cold , south of France was real warm , it’s just
      March so unpredictable in Europe could be fairly nice or could be snow .
      We got off light .
      Hope you doing good pal
