Vauxhall Vivaro injector leaking and wrong codes 🤦‍♂️

I've got the blue one in bits which is bad enough.. time to use Topdon scan tool.
Which has played a big part today, but I've now got a serious problem with this van. looking like all 4 injectors are coming out, and I need to get it sorted asap.👍

Hi Mark. Great video.... ive had the same issue with a launch scanner on a 2013 vivaro. Codes about electronic climate control which i dont haveand struggling to run live data. Like you i manually scanned ut as a trafic and no codes and all the live data came up and worked. Thanks for confirming i wasnt the only one 👍

I’ve got a ArtiDiag800 BT had it a couple of years ago, great bit of kit. Brilliant support and works a treat on my trafic …👊🏼

Yer mate like it, just got it, I though of the BT 800 you can walk about with it then, but they don't support the software,
Do you have to do what I've done and say a Vauxhalls a Renault Renault the Vauxhall 🤣 I've yet to try it that renult trafic

Fortunately when I bought mine I got lifetime updates and support which was awesome

The other thing you need to be careful of Mark if any of those injectors are “re manufactured“ (maybe in a previous life) then you only get the new calibration on a slip of paper - the code on the injector becomes irrelevant.

Does anyone know if number one cylinder is timing chain or flywheel end on this engine?

1 time chain end 2.0
1.9 gear box end 👍👍

Found it was the injectior pipe un- seated on the injectior just un did the pipe a nipped it back up 👍
Wasn't as bad as I thought in the end
