That was such an enlightening and hopeful interview. Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together. My favorite part was when you asked if he had any nuggets of hope for people who felt stuck.
He said to challenge the thought patterns and ideas that have basically been prescribed to you by others.
That is my story. I always believed what others said about me, making them, my God, instead of listening to that quiet voice inside of me…. That of the Holy Spirit which tells me who I am.
At 42 I’m just starting to learn my authentic self thanks to your work and advocacy of healing via the TMS method. Thank you so much!
I am so much looking forward to eventually meeting the real me that God intended for me to shine for all the world to see😊.

I went to 5 doctors because l had pain in my risk, hands, fingers, arms, legs. All of them told me I suffer from Fibromyalgia and prescribed pain relief medication. But in my own l investigated, that what I had was high uric acid. So l changed my diet and I got cure of the pains. What I did, is stop eating; beef, pork and soy.
Good luck to all of you!

In 2015 Aug-Dec i was diagnosed Prostatitus. 4 doctors every test twice. Beutal burnung urination!!!! Then i read a blog: order this book: unlearn your pain. I was skeptical. The book was written about me. I cried. Then I screamed at my father!!! Imaginarily. I was 100% healed in 5 days. The most astonishing healing experience of my life. Thankyou Dr Schubiner!

I’d love to be prescribed meaningful opiates for my raging pudendal neuralgia, so I may THEN have the focus to concentrate on reading about Dr nSchubiner’s work (John Sarno). I believe my brain is heavily involved here and it’s complicated. But I’d like to be able to THINK FIRST!

Thank you for the great interview! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Hashimoto ( autoimmune disease). Dr Schubiner said that we need to exclude the autoimmune diseases to be confident that we deal with mind body syndrome. Can the symptoms of fibromyalgia’s be actually the symptoms of Hashimoto? I believe that mind body work is helping with both conditions… I would appreciate your opinion.

      Hi Daria,
That's a great question and I would love to talk to you more about it. If you're interested, shoot me an email through my website. - I do free consults.
There are times people are misdiagnosed based on symptoms, but we would need to talk more before I gave an opinion. We do have to consider labs and what they show regarding Hashimoto's. It could help to take the pain test on my website regarding your Hashimoto's symptoms. I think Dr. Schubiner is trying to indicate that you wouldn't want to stop any hormone treatments or therapies that are geared towards Hashimoto's until you knew you didn't have it, with a doctor's support. Here is the test: www.thoughtbythoughthealing.com/thetest
That being said the fact that this work is helping with both your diagnosis proves that the mind body connection is a route that will be helpful for you! Our thoughts ABSOLUTELY effects our symptoms whether they are from a structural diagnosis or mindbody syndrome pain. So, yes. I believe that using mind body work will and can help with Hashimoto's. I absolutely know from experience that understanding the mind body connection can heal fibromyalgia.
Schedule a call, happy to talk through some of this with you. thoughtbythoughthealing@gmail.com

@@ThoughtByThoughtHealing Thank you so much for yours kind words! A year ego due to my research and despair, I realized that all my symptoms have a root in the nervous system dysfunction ( after the flu- the mane trigger). I started educate myself about mind body syndrome, and currently I am working on two brain recovery programs. Some of my symptom’s dissipated, some are milder. I have hope that I will feel better with time, it’s a process and it requires a lot of patience and being consistent… I follow a lot of mind body practitioners, and I just discovered your wonderful channel. I know it gone play a big role in my healing journey. Thank you again for helping others!

Too bad the part about long covid has been kept very short while millions of long covid haulers need information about it. Dr. Schubiner started the topic about long covid but the interviewer filled in the words and it was finished. I needed dr. Schubiner's thoughts about long covid. This is a missed opportunity.
