When I was modifying airplanes we used to "piggyback" wires along a harness using military spec ties that were a black Dacron type of cloth string tie. The spec was ties about every 6 inches and we would follow the harness along the replaced wire. It would be a minor pain to cut out the wires you need from the original harness and "piggyback" them into the car but you would not have any breaks in the data bus wires which introduce resistance and could cause you data issues. This is just a suggestion and may be the safest way to avoid problems later on with your wiring. You might consider this option.
Mike is a beast who kept you going and you both accomplished quite a bit to get this project off the ground. You keep working at this rate and soon this car will move again on it's own.

Antenna wires can't be repaired. Just remove the wires from the old harness and run it next to the original harness. That's how the factory wanted to do it.
