superb video lot og great value! one note in the CPA calculation you've basically set the max CPA to be equal to the gorss margin which means you allow the cost to eat ALL the profit... a more logical calculation would be if you have a cell to input a desired profit margin% (ie "Target Margin%") and then the calculator would give you the target CPA. at least that's what I do in a very simpl excel usually

Heya, yes indeed - this Max CPA is designed to be 'absolute worst' - breakeven. It's not a desired outcome, but merely the point at which a campaign turns from negative ROI to positive.
Setting target margin is a great shout to show you how close to your goals you're getting

I wanted to request a NINJA-review, but it appears limited to English-language websites. Given the advancements in AI and translation tools, does this restriction still apply?

Whilst those tools are helpful, they're not (yet) at the level we'd need them to be for our Ninjas to do their very best work. Think of it this way: our Ninjas do Level 100 work. Putting that work through AI after they've done it reduces the power to Level 80. For the moment, we're more committed to always doing Level 100 work, but we'll keep checking.
