They want a digital presence that is consistent with “we’re trustworthy, skilled, well credentialed and culturally like you, we aren’t ambulance chasers”. These firms do their lead generation in other channels. The ambulance chasers are B2C. They’re dealing with non-lawyer consumers.
Having a more corporation offering doesn't mean that lead generation can't be improved. I'm sure there are plenty of people in corporations that have visited that site and then bounced without being able to figure out how to get in touch.
