Trailer park boys is such a good show, it's beautifully written, in just 23 seconds they showed us, not told us, but showed us everything we need to know about this character, after seeing this you immediately know that cyrus is a douchebag poser, he's dumb as shit and he's an overcompensating tough guy and all of this is owed most likely to a bad childhood and a dysfunctional relationship with his father; all of this in just 23 seconds.

Bernard Robichaud is just so fantastic here. He tells us so much, not just about his character's childhood, but about the childhoods of many of the other characters we're soon going to be introduced to. And at least for me, he manages to evoke feelings of empathy, despite being a robot heavy metal dick. "F*ck off, I got work to do".
I used to watch this with my buddy Michael, one of my best friends since early high school. He was an EMT that saved many, many people, but he had some real depression and other mental issues and eventually killed himself. He loved motorcycles, video games, and quoting Trailer Park Boys, and this was one of his favorite scenes. I'll never forgot how hard he laughed at "safety... always off" with his goofy-ass goober hyena laugh. Moral of the story: appreciate the people and the memories you make in life. Everything else is just 1s and 0s in the matrix, human connection is one of the only real things we have.
