Though I just watched a Netflix episode again last night and in it Julian knocks Sam out with one punch (without spilling a drop of course, lol).
Not really. Julian's evolution was into a Lucifer figure - in a Paradise Lost sense. His ambition and pride is responsible for all the shit they get into over and over again. He's a great man, but too caught up in the dream of Freedom 45 to enjoy his friends and his life with them, and his grandeur and charisma means his friends gravitate around him. Each time his plans fail he only comes back hungrier, until it becomes clear that he, not Lahey or even George Green, is the true antagonist of the series. I'd put Julian in the same tier of crime drama anti-heroes as Walter White or Tony Soprano.

Even though Julian is a big time, greedy, Scammer, he has moments where he tells people: That no one fucks with him, his friends, or his home.
Cyrus needs trigger discipline. If this were realistic he'd probably kill someone by accident.

This scene would have been a little funnier when Julia cocked the gun if the slide stayed open showing that there wasn't any ammunition in the 9 millimeter the whole time
