Perfect video. Exactly what I needed to see. Because of this I’ll go with the shorter version.

Great explanatory video - thank you! I went with the "with lowers" version and it should arrive this week. Bought a '23 RKS last week and immediately knew I had to ditch this pedal...it's downright unf'ingsafe.

thank you for making this video, I had no idea what the difference was between the two kuryaken pedals. This solved the problem and is a great video!

Great comparison, having all 3 break arm versions side by side helps. Thanks!

Thanks for the video. I was looking for a comparison on the lowers, no lowers versions. I agree that the stock placement is completely ridiculous. I hardly ever use my rear brake because of it which is not good.

Good comparison. And I totally agree with you the stuck brake really sucks. :)

Excellent video very helpfull. I found the same issues with the stock pedal position. I'm definitely going to try one of the extended ones. I had no issue with my 'o6 Road King until I got given a loner '18 heritage Softail and road that a couple days. Then when I picked up mine again I felt totally cramped. Thank you !

Thanks for the tip, I have a 2018 Sport Glide and the stock pedal is ridiculous, very high angle, I switched to a fat bob pedal but it lacks a good feel. If Harley had made the pedals with a face to face spline then it would suit most riders , you would adjust it to your liking. thanks again.

As you and your wife found out, the stock brake pedal on the 2014 and newer touring Harleys is pure garbage. That's what happens when some nerd at Harley designs the brake pedal on a computer and then never tries it out in the real world.

Did anyone put o-rings back on. Factory plastic bushing are recessed. Kuryakynk aren’t. So I see no need for them. Thanks ahead of time.

Good video. Looks like soft break model. Anyway I agree nothing Harley makes is with the rider in mind. Stock pedal is horrible.

If you replace enough parts on those Harley’s you’ll finally have the same ride as your Vaquero. Joking aside I like the videos. I just happen to buy my vaquero about the time you sold yours.

Man that's no joke... They do some stupid shit... I just got done installing adjustable levers on my wife Street Glide Special. They have the dumbest clutch levers ever, well Indian's suck too. At least the Vaquero had adjustable levers.

I don't like Harley bike for two reason . (1) the foot brakes is way too closed to the frame . (2) The bike is too short and the faring is too closed to me . The faring is too up front need to push forward a bit .

That’s why they make a road glide as well. Fairing is a mile in front of you. It gets home long before you do.
