hello heidi, I'm French and I discovered the cinch binder of we r memory keepers, but especially your version!! I would like it so much, unfortunately in France we do not find the kit, it's a shame, I'm so disappointed!
This just showed how to do this one thing. I'm looking for directions on how to use the machine. Like what if I just want two holes and not a long row of holes. You also said to set the coil binding part to 3/4". Where do you get that number and why? Do you use a different measurement for different coils or something? I'm confused trying to figure this machine out.
I know Im asking randomly but does any of you know of a way to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot my login password. I would love any tricks you can give me
@Blake Pablo i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hi there! Try moving the dial to 1 and then see how you like it. If you need to tighten it a little bit more feel free to move it smaller. xo - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service
Hi Heidi! I have the Cinch and I love it! I need to know who to position the paper so that I can punch holes for the coils or spirals I put in my books by hand. There's got to be an easier way than doing each hole individually! I need 33 holes on an 8 x 10.5 paper. Can you please help me?
I just purchased my Cinch specifically to make a guest book for my cousin's wedding. How can I adjust it with 1/8 inch mahogany wood covers? What size wire should I use, I will already have the wood cut.
Hi Lisa! I recommend asking your tech question to the WeR team at acinfo@americancrafts.com and they can help! - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service Support
Where can I get this black and white machine I swear I looked around I really can't find one. Is it different from the pink one? I'd like to purchase the black and white, pls share some links 🙂 Thanks
Feel free to email info@americancrafts.com and they can help more about what the binding specs are! Thank you! - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service
If punching and binding A4 size paper, how do you do so in order to get even spaces at both ends of the punched holes? It works fine with paper sizes 4" x 4" or 6" x 6" but, if you follow the 'instructions' on the machine for A4, deselecting peg 11 leaves a noticeably and unacceptably long gap at one end and a shorter gap at the other end of the paper which is not what I am after and is not as shown on videos. Also, when binding higher than 6" x 6", how do you squash the wire twice to get a uniform bound finish so that the two ends of the wire do not appear oddly shaped to each other? I have spent several hours with my Heidi Swapp Cinch machine trying to calculate all this for a 'perfect' finish but to no avail. So, how is it done, please? ;-|
Hi there! Feel free to ask We R Memory Keepers for trouble shooting at acinfo@americancrafts.com and they can help! - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service
Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already contacted them prior to posting on here. End result is they couldn't come up with a definitive or helpful response as to what they claim their own invention is really capable of, hence why I hoped I'd get better info here from the very person who is supposed to know all about how this machine works. Unfortunately, it appears that once again I have hit a proverbial brick wall... :-(
Hi again! Feel free to email me at jennifere@americancrafts.com with photos so I can better help you. When using this machine I use the inches guide. An A4 piece of paper is 8.27"x11.69" which is not an even number which might be the issue. Let me know what you are trying to create, what it is for, and I can see if I can reach the We R Memory Keepers team, as this is their product. Have a wonderful day - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service
@@heidiswapp00 I wish I'd known about this problem before purchasing. It was the whole reason to buy it. Very disappointing it doesn't do what it says. Makes since why there's no video for it.

Hi there Cheryl! You can just use a stapler! Sometimes we don't mind using a bit of a tape runner (double sided dry adhesive). Have a great day! - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service Support
Just seeing this! You can find them at most craft stores, independent, and online. Just google "We R Memory Keepers Cinch Coils" - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service
I just bought one of your pink Cinch machines. I cannot get the wire to form a perfect circle no matter how many videos I watch. I notice your machine is flat where it cinches and yet the WRMK is rounded where it cinches. Not very happy as these machines aren't cheap. Australia
this is not properly punched! i really wonder! one hole is only half done... i wouldn´t do that like this. would you? i guess, this must be a mistake...
Heidi doesn't mind that. If you do, feel free to pull that peg out as well! I don't like how it doesn't turn as freely without it punched. Try it and if you don't like it, you can always redo the coil. - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service

@Blake Pablo it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much, you really help me out!
@Rocky Junior You are welcome xD
THANK YOU HEIDI, GREAT TOOL FOR PROJECTS AND EASY DIRECTIONS THAT YOU GIVE.....AGAIN, THANK YOU

Can the O Binding Rings easily be opened again to add some more pages? Thank you, Ann
can you tell me what wires to use for the heidi swapp square cinch
It only punches for coils? There's one that does many types.
Is er een Nedrlands geschreven gebruiksaanwijziging voor de Heidi Swapp cinch?
Are you able to use spiral coils with it & do pages turn smoothly?
Hi Sally! I'm looking for the same answer because the holes are too far apart for a coil and I like coil better than the wire. Hope she answers soon!
Great quick easy tutorial! Thank you!
Do you have to have the cinch machine to use the coil? Can you put the coil on by hand?
You do Niki! The Cinch crimps the coils to bind the book. - Jen Evans Heidi Swapp Customer Service
what's the difference and benefits of canvas and chipboard covers?
In March my husband gave it to me! Yeah, I'm happy! With greetings from Russia and thanks !!!
What is the difference between this one and the new pink one?
i got my machine 2 weeks ago i love it. it took me a little bit to get used to it
Hello, thanks for this video, is it 2.1 or 3.1 pitch binding wire?
