She also was the star of Pretty Smart, which is a Netflix sit com (not a good one tbh).

I would like so spend a wall of text and 30 minutes of my time writing 3 minutes of reading, to make a case for Georgie's social skills, and give his character the acknowledgment he deserves, when everyone is so busy highlighting Melissa to be Sheldons Human IQ Counterweight, because I think Georgie may be the most gifted of the 3, make a cup of tea or whatever is to your liking and enjoy my essay, (which ironically Georgie would have never bothered to read):
It's wild how Georgie is actually EXTREMELY well gifted but everyone thinks to overlook it, because he is so ignorant about it, and sheldon has knocked his self confidence down. But what sheldon lacks in human skills (despite him not actually being on the spectrum, even though he clearly is on the spectrum), His siblings excell at. Georgie is very good with first impressions, something which sheldon absolutely suck at, he is good with understanding the risk/reward/opportunity payoffs that comes with understanding how a costumer feels not thinks. Which made him his fortune. Something Sheldon can never understand, because sheldon is purely logical, in a world full of feelings and illogical behaviour. Georgie is never too arogant to admit when he is wrong, he might take a bit to come around, but he always owns his mistakes, especially when he thinks they are not mistakes. Sheldon is allergic to self-reflection, he is arogant, albeit from a goodhearted place most the time, he can also be extremely impervious to understanding that respect isn't just earned, its also received in the basic form of norms; what i mean is that sheldon is being purposefully rude to other people he deem below himself, until they prove they have worth TO HIM, not absolute worth. Even his friends in adulthood he bullies, and he feels entitled to do so. While he does despise violence, he has no understanding of how he himself drive people beyond self control, because he in his mind find himself superior and therefor justifies his psychological terrorizing of others. While i firmly believe that the charicature of Sheldon is in fact an image of a person with Aspergers syndrome with high levels of Inteligence, and elements of infantile autism, and this does to some extend excuse him, as he has the inability to understand/know better. I think a large portion of it also has to do with the fact that his parents weren't very good at supporting his failures, and teaching him that failure is valuable and important, and its okay to fail multiple times, and that one doesn't understand and learn every message from the first time one fails. Instead George his farther, has been very good with representing the real world who doesn't care about sheldons special abilies, and teaches him very well that some levels of apathy is good for him, his "memaw" is in a way a very bad influence on sheldon, because instead of helping teaching him the valuable lessons, when she realises sheldon has troubles or is gullable she exploits it, teaching sheldon that exploitation is okay if you are interlectually or strategically superior to your relations, Sheldon and Missy both learn this manipulative behaviour and they are very unaware of it. Georgie on the other hand realises he has a gift of understanding this to an entrepeneurial proficiency, something neither of his younger siblings ever learns to understand, despite Melissa (missy), being very gifted in this area on a personality and charm level. Sheldons mother is very good at projecting her own arrogance and ambitions onto sheldons development, and so while she is very good with finding what works to keep sheldon "functioning", she also has a tendency to overly and uncritically teach sheldon basic understanding of social etikette where arogance and superiority is best kept to yourself, so as to not be derogatory to others. Despite her efforts to be kind through faith, she forgets or fails to teach sheldon the basic trait of being kind to others out of decency and civility. Even though Georgie struggles with this too, he never acts out of malice, or pettines. When he gifts veronica a 100dollar necklace she refueses because "its too much", he understands immediately she wanted to appreciate the gesture, but was uncomfortable with being spoiled to a degree that would make georgie work hard labour just to impress her, Georgie realise instantly that veronica was actually very flattered, but uncomfortable. To make up for it, he understands instinctively that a candy necklace at a few cents, says in one action and form that he heard understood and acknowledged veronicas feelings, all of them. And so she is happy because now she got a gift where she is being seen, while it also shows that Georgie does care and that he didn't bring her a gift based on the price, but because he wanted to show his affection to her, not just buy her. Sheldon and Missy would never understand this, and its Georgie's capacity to understand how the world works by feel. Georgies situational awareness IQ is why he ultimately is sucessful on a different plane than sheldon will ever be. And I think this clip right here is a brilliant example of how Georgie understands how kindness is important, but also how he naturally applies his understanding of people's feelings with his kindness to ultimately serve himself. Missy is good with people, she can make them like her, she understands the signals better than anyone, but unlike Georgie she doesn't have that feeling, she knows it and sees it, Georgie simply instinctively apply it, whereas missy is more an "observer". And I often think Georgie is underappreciated as a character when people highlight Missy when mentioning that Sheldon only has one kind of intelligence. I think at an envious level I myself, have a deep respect for people with Georgie's abilities, because social interaction comes naturally too him, albeit he is an 80's character so lots of norm changes today, but he generally doesn't have enemies or issues with keeping his personal relations healthy, with a few exceptions.
