Young Sheldon is an American comedy television series on CBS created by Chuck Lorre and Steven Molaro. @@MB-nb7yq intelligence comes in many different forms. Also, historically, scientists like Sheldon while brilliant are often disregarded a bit in the grand scheme of things by society.
I loved what "old" Sheldon said at the end. Maybe he wasn't the world greatest dad, but we weren't the world's greatest kids either.
I felt bad for George sr he never got appreciated for the things he did his ideas always worked and he inspired People by words I think that's why he cheated on with Brenda coz she appreciated George sometimes like when he helped out billy even he made billy feel better absolutely Mary was the worst one with George and sometimes with children

At pachinko parlors, you have to go to a business next door that is absolutely in no way affiliated with the parlor (wink wink, nudge nudge) to sell off the prizes you won. The fact that they're "separate" businesses means you're not playing for cash.

I believe Georgie's idea is exactly how Japanese plinko parlors get around gambling being illegal.
Georgie's plan has historical precedence to it.
In Japan, Pachinko (Japanese pinball) parlors can legally skirt around the anti-gambling laws by offering prizes, and then buying back those prizes for cash in a separate, one way window nearby.
Now they need a distinguishable indicator on the prizes in order to protect against counterfeit prizes being claimed for cash, they might need to get their licensing set up, figure out a way to do the accounting for tax purposes, advertise their new business, etc.

Georgie is like her uncle - not an intellectual but very ambitious and street smart and is now a VP of a construction company.

Sheldon is like her father an intellectual (professor) and has no clue of the world or people outside of the classroom

Annie Potts is a national treasure. I've been carrying a torch for her since her role in Ghostbusters. Designing Woman was the high point of her career, but it typecast her as the "sharp-tongued Southern belle." But it's great to see her just kick ass in the role of Meemaw. And becoming a part of the Chuck Lorre "repertory company" guarantees her roles as long as she's willing and able.

I liked the idea, but the issue isn't whether or not there is a cash payout, the issue is slot machines are illegal in Texas. Places like Chuck E Cheeses offer prizes for winning at events, just like you can find at County and State Fairs on the Midway.

Theoretically yes, in reality no all it would take is one person to report it as gambling illegally and you need a vendors license to run carnival or arcade games which is subject to state inspection.

I don't think so. For the same reason as money laundering. You may create the whole illusion that the money you earn comes from a legal business, but if the prosecutor/police or whoever is investigating you manages to prove that the money actually comes from something like drug dealing and the "legal business" is just a facade to clean the money, it's still a crime of money laundering. In the same way, Connie and Goergie may pretend it's all legal by selling and buying teddy bears, but if they investigate you and prove that it's just a facade, you would be into illegal gambling anyway. But it's just hypothesis, I may be wrong.
Actually, what they plan to do seems pretty much like money laundering.
